Also note that Canada has announced a new Caregiver and Support Worker Pilot Program that offers direct PR on arrival to immigrants. It is a new PR route that will bring in immigrants to Canada 🇨🇦. I am a Canadian I now live in the US The US is a much better deal than Canada even for immigrants it's just you have to wait a little bit longer to get citizenship but in the US anyone can start a business if your family comes here with no papers they can still get a driver's license get a tax number and do business open a bank account buy a house buy property The US is much easier than Canada and if you come with $10,000 you can go to a small town and actually buy a home with a big piece of land and some places and if your family can find their way to the United States they can stay and be productive without all the government oversight

Some will insist you pay before moving in while some wait till you arrive. In my own case I ignored all the owners that insisted I paid before arriving Canada. I chose the option of the person who said pay as you enter. That’s why you should apply to several

Congratulations, if you can’t reach a landlord try another, you must get as that was how I got mine from outside Canada, I might not be able to get you accommodation for security reasons, I hope you understand and get a place soonest. But you will get in Facebook market place
