B, could you do an Episode on questioning yourself, because I have that vision how I want to be and were I want to be but in present day I find everything I do and how I do it rediculious and untrue to myself - I simply and loudly overthink it to the smallest detail in a very toxic way. But the sadest part everything I overthink is out of the intention to bring goodness into the world, but I want it to feel light and wholehearted not dark by asking if a act of kindness is overwhelming for the other person or on the opposite side doesn't make them feel valued enough. And I know that true intentions are and should be enough but with knowing that the feeling im my chest still doesn't change. Thank you very much B for being you, for creating art through the way you express yourself.
