The one about being organized while having ADHD just speaks to me, I have a strong belief based on experience that whenever there is clutter, my symptoms would worsen from being overstimulated upon seeing them which is why I try to clean regularly to cope. Thank you for sharing this video, it made me feel so validated ❤️

How does the diagnosis work? I show all the symptoms related to ADHD apart from hyperactivity, So I went to pysch and told the symptoms but he diagnosed as dysthymia. Should I go again and tell him that I feel it might be ADHD scenario and can you please check on that?

Yes! If you're sure you may have ADHD, I'd suggest you come back to see him and present him with all the proofs/examples from your own life so far that points to ADHD. If he still doesn't agree with you, you can always seek 2nd opinion. Good luck!

Great. Well I guess now I spend the rest of life fixing myself and all my hopes in on hold cause I'm 54 now so by the time that I'm fixed enough it will be the time to die. Cause you know how things go. Good things are slow and bad things are fast happening. I left a clear trail that that I was struggling in the evidence of my school records beginning at failing grade 1 and all of my extremely poor grades from then on. And purposely producing poor to get someone's attention to investigate but they never did. So when i had to stop the silence screaming and reach out i was still ignored by everyone including doctors which ended up with me suffering the rest of my life now that im 54

Don’t like the music. Too distracting and makes it hard to focus. Especially the volume variations!

I usually watch videos like this at 1.5x or 1.75x playback speed, it's so much easier for me to concentrate, maybe you can try this method as well..
