TBF Clara and Pela are both OP busted for f2p units. We have units that could be considered Acheron 4stars but they're bad so we don't even consider it.

I kinda wanted this to be another Jingliu and Yanqing situation. Sadly not the case.

Yunli adds a little incentive to play the game manually, which i really like about her

Think over time people will realise just how strong yunli really is. The Clara comparison is overblown; Yunli is much stronger than her and also more versatile. She is probably the most versatile DPS in the game right now at her power level (which is easily competitive with Acheron currently).

I think it’s the opposite really. I think he’s kinda in the spot sparkle is in particular when she first got leaked. They’re both high value with a certain dps in mind but can go beyond it if they must. I think his kit is a more pela version of bw, which, as we know seeing how often pela is used, while not in every team, shes never really fully out of the meta. I dont think his kit is bad, its comfy, most teams can use him, but other then the main dps he is specifically made for (acheron) (for sparkle itd be an il dh) there can always be an argument made that there are cheaper\better options. Of course sparkle is the same, shes comfy, a lot of teams can use her but like jq, when she first came out the main argument against her is the same “if you already have a bronya and a sp neutral team, you dont need her.” But see how often shes used regardless of critics and how often she is featured in showcases. This is different from topaz, who (id know, im a rare first pull topaz haver and jingliu skipper) was fully dismissed by the players. While sparkle and im sure jq will still have alot of people opting for them, compared to yunli (especially how people are still talking how shes a clara clone despite her strengths), he is not getting a dr. Skip treatment. While by this time in topaz’s update, people straight did not care for her because jingliu was her unfortunate update buddy, jq has alot of fans and alot of big youtubers doing showcasses that aren’t just “He’s good but-“. 0 cyvling alot of the times. Adding to it that he has a precedent from other successful charecters like him when topaz was arguably too different and new at the time. She was our first limited secondary dps when dual dps wasn’t even conceived yet (dots not counted), she was also the first unit to specialize only on fua, at a time when fua wasn’t a machenic to boost the amount of hits, just seen as an extra thing to replace dmg if ult or skill doesn’t give the burst people want. Jq has black swan that shows how good charecter like him can perform. Pela who shows a-lot of people how amazing his def shred is. Either way (your opinion of him being a character that’s good for the future and my perception that he’s comfy) i think he’s a good pull.

@@ephiuca You made very good points, in my opinion, because he has such a unique debuff and does something so unique (debuff of his ultimate) and mainly because of E1 (which I think is more useful than LC) He may not even work very well in a niche like Topaz was doing initially, so I think the best comparison should be with Silver Wolf. A debuffer that has ups and downs in the meta, but is definitely not to be thrown away.

@@ephiuca yeah he is gonna be feixiao and acheron hyper buffer, but it really irks me how his whole character story is about being a healer, then he doesnt even heal a tiny bit

@@twistedfate62 well, looking at feixiao’s kit it doesn’t seem like she will be enjoying his debuffs. She gets ult stack from what seems like follow ups, moze to her being what galagher was to firefly. Thats also why lingsha isn’t a perfect galagher upgrade either cause shes also tuned to hybrid break and fua specifically for feixiao. Either way, if you’re irked by the lore tidbits, for someone who is supposedly feixioa’s determined doctor, and second in command, it seems like he isn’t even gonna be good for her support.

I wish I had the strength to do only husbandos but now I'm saving for robin for my jing yuan i mean she is strong but man we really need strong male universal supports not for one specific character

I’m pulling them because of: 1. Vulnerability (better Guinaifen) 2. Support for future characters, I think they’ll have a lot of value long term with the amount of vulnerability they can inflict.

This sounds like such a set up for failure. E6 ruins most characters making content a breeze and usually just removing the fun of having to interact with the games mechanics. You either get a really good e6 that ruins the game, or a disappointing e6 which you wasted your pulls on. Just pull characters you will have fun with, there's literally no reason to e6 especially f2p or f2p+, it either ruins the game or leaves you dissapointed and that whole time you could have gotten 6 other characters you like or could have had fun with, or atleast an e1 or e2 for someone like acheron, imbibitor lunae, firefly, boothill etc. I've pulled atleast 1 character on almost every patch (didn't get seele or jing yuan in 1.0) and it's left me very satisfied with my account. I have no e1s and the only lightcone I got was for boothill and he's for sure one of my favourite characters next to yunli. I stopped getting the monthly and battle pass stuff in 1.3 and have been completely f2p since, and my luck with 50/50s has been quite good overall, I highly recommend horizontal investment for fun, vertical investment should go no higher than e2s1 at any time.

According to the leakers, Sunday’s gonna be harmony. So you won’t need too many eidolons for him to be busted… he’ll already be op. If ya wanna go her Acheron, go for her! She works well with pretty much every harmony unit and has made the game very easy for most people.

It could be really interesting, it would specifically up the risk of combat for many teams, but have a disproprotionate buff to counter units potentially. We already have boothill who works similarly taunting the enemy and increasing the damage he takes from them while giving a big 30% vulnerability debuff, so considering yunli taunts I can see this being built into counter dps units in the future, making for interesting dual dps set ups where you can either steal taunt from each other (I've seen this done with a boothill + yunli team that worked quite well) or pseudo sustainer/debuffer where both dps gets all the benefits and 1 tanks the hits .

I want Jiaoqiu, but currently I'm on 50/50, and I want to have a higher chance on getting Moze..

@@GReyn Moze is a four star, you can get him in a ten pull. Just go for Jiaoqiu and good luck

I think Argenti would still prefer sparkle/tingyin/huohuo but JQ is a good replacement if you’re missing one of the pieces

@@MageGus she is just a very underrated unit at the moment, but give it time. She is easily top 3 DPS right now but she just isn't waifu material.

Me crying with my half built Clara team cuz it sucks so hard that the second wave enemies in node 1 doesn't attack, making me ended up wasting 2 cycles just for that. So currently, my stage 4 highest score is 57100... 2900 scores away from 3 stars and I'm already running out on materials. My team for node 1: Robin + Clara + March Hunt + Huohuo Node 2: Himeko + Herta + Harmony MC + Gallagher

Almost forgot about that, feixiao was a bit blinding so I didn't think about my initial plans to save for both the collab and Constance

also bis for ult (like yunli and argenti) and ESPECIALLY ratio fua (e0 jiaoqiu is as good as e1s1 topaz) also sparkle isnt bis in that many teams either

​@@mozeqiuloverhe's not likely to be BiS for yunli with how perfectly tingyun or sparkle can work in her team unless you are aiming for sustain less comps in which case that is likely the case though without quid pro quo huo huo I don't know if a DDD support like sparkle might be better. His buffing might scale better but sparkle would allow for more turns, increasing energy regen and self healing while also utilising DDD + wind set since she has fast ult generation letting the whole team faster. We'll have to see but making sure yunli has the energy to ult is more important than increasing her damage scaling in my opinion, as obviously not having her ult up in time is a greater dps loss than using vulnerability debuffs over damage buffs. You need to consider more than just buff/debuff numbers, spd manipulation and energy are major factors to consider which jiaoqiu helps neither.

Yes this is why I'm gonna try for him as well.

Which means you can also pull him IN the future on a rerun. His E2 only improves his own DoT. We already have a DoT Nihility team, so he could go in there with E2 but at that point you'd need to clone the dude, if you also want to use him in Acheron's team.

E1S1 is the best Jiaoqiu for supporting. E2 is for his own personal damae6

Did you get him at E2S1? I did and now he is the main damage dealer with Kafka and Swan as his support. Nuke-Qiu. I love him.

Depends if you’re Acheron is your main DPS carrying your account Sure he’s 2X as good as them. However if you have multiple meta lvl teams that’s on par if not better then your Acheron team the Sure skip. But just be warned about besides the new characters BS, Kafka, Robin and Topass have been leak as the rerun so if you needed one of them they are also coming soon.

i mean if you only need single target debuffs then no since silver wolf but jiaoqiu is better than pela, and he has almost 100 uptime with his debuffs on every enemy so it helps but also if you have good buffers maybe you dont need him too

@@dazzle810 damage boost wise sure but he gives Acheron an extra ult with the stacks alone so even in ST situations JQ > SW but if you have all 3 then JQ with SW > then JQ +Pela.

​@The_CodFish69 well the fact that he has so much debuffs allows u to run a harmony like robin even at e0 acheron shows jiaoqui is nearly a must pull for acheron users especially if their acheron still e0

I am making do with E1 Silver Wolf and E6 Pela, with their 2 turn Ult rotation, 4PC Eagle set, 160+ speed.

​@@ABC-yj6cy Not for Acheron, you'll run out of SP straight away. Slow Bronya is for SP neutral units like Blade, Jingliu and Bootyhill.

jiaoqiu is a good backup plan in case u lose ur 50/50 in acherons banner, id say pull for him

I have the same concern. I have E2S1 Acheron E0S0 Robin and E1S0 Bronya. Jiaoqiu vs Sparkle. All of those who replied on my posts favored Jiaoqiu. So I'm going for E0S1 if I'm lucky. As for Sparkle, a lot of people say she isn't that necessary since she just has 50% AA and doesn't buff dmg as good as Robin does bec Sparkle buffs crit stats (which Acheron has plenty), and Robin buffs atk (where Acheron scales a lot) and cdmg as well but not as high as what Sparkle gives. Imo, maybe pull for Jiaoqiu, get bronya then go for E2 Acheron. If you get really lucky on Jiaoqiu then pull Sparkle before pulling Bronya from the selector. At least that's what I plan on doing.

@@AlexandroJones-f4b welp because you don’t have Sparkle already then getting JQ is a Big buff and I mean it. A E0S1 Acheron with JQ can compete with and clear even faster then an E2 Acheron + Sparkle ( with a sustain on the team ) So even if you plan to get E2 Acheron, by himself JQ can Make E0S1 Acheron near that lvl so it’s up 2 you but if ya Really care about maining Acheron getting JQ is the best investment hands down + as an extra bonus JQ + the SU Lc is a almost Guaranteed 40K in PF it’s actually funny look up a vid on it.

sparkle ofcouse she is useful in lot of other teams not only acheron

Jiaoqiu can make e0 preform like e2- my recommendation is get Jiaoqiu since he buffs her and makes her better in pure fiction especially. Then go for Sparkle, and if you don't get her then get that e2 Additionally if you run dot or you have Ratio and no Topaz, or e0 topaz Jiaoqiu is amazing there

Eyes of the Prey for ehr and dot, Tutorial if you have it, Resolution (tho this is better on Pela), silver wolf lc, herta lc if youre using acheron for pf

Probably never. He had a very minor heal in his kit but that was before any release on testservers or anything. That was also just a leak, so it could have been entirely false from the start. Be careful with trusting random leaks and taking them as gospel.

I've heard a lot of talk about how an E0 acheron with jiaoqiu performs better than E2 with sparkle

Funny how Lingsha has less value to FF teams compared to Jiaoqiu in Acheron teams, I love both but let's not act as if Lingsha is in a better spot💀
