I had a colonoscopy prior to bowel surgery for a cancerous tumour. I found people where saying the procedure was painful and really a horrible experience. I can say l found quite the opposite ,l felt no pain and watched the procedure on the screen . The doctors where amazing and the technology out this world . I would say to people don’t be to afraid these doctors are saving lives, they saved my life and believe me l was very grateful. ❤Xx
Well my last colonoscopy was bad. While I was in recovery I can’t breathe but they let me go home . 30minutes later the DR. Called and tell me to go get an X-ray which she had made an urgent appointment for me . They found my spleen was punctured and bleeding… I ended up in emergency room for 3 days which all the costs went to my deductible out of my pocket!!!

I respectfully disagree with the information provided. A colonoscopy is not prevention or early detection. There are several things you didn’t mention. People, please do extensive research. I am in the health field….
If my husband had gone for a colonoscopy when he should have he would have been alive today as the polyp would have been discovered when it was still small and not become too big to remove therefore resulting in colon cancer. Death begins in the colon. Everyone should have a colonoscopy. Better safe than sorry.🙏
