I only learned now, in my forties, to have a beautiful relationship with my mind, thoughts, feelings and sensations. It was the hardest thing I had to learn and change. The peace of mind and absolute faith I now have in my life has completely changed me. I wish everyone success in your journeys.
Its hard to escape how you think and do. To overcome the brain thinking of doing its not easy. Been living in stress and stuck in this phase. There can be no peace. I need to think clearly and overcome being control by my brain
Thank you for your comment. I have started this journey in my early 30's (31 now), and I have realized that the bigger the stuggle, the greater the reward. As a person lacking purpose, this has become my focus for now.
When we meditate and go deep into alpha state, we are in alignment with our higher being. Stress and fear only exist in the beta (normal) consciousness. In the alpha state, we experience peace, gratitude, joy, and all the positive aura which is our natural state. Practice 15min meditation 3 times a day, and when you are there and totally relaxed, begin a gentle self talk with your mind. Talk to it like you would with your baby. Be nice and ask it to be forgiving and not so critical. Practice makes perfect. You got this. @@disnalee
