Think Aloud - Part 2: "I Do" Demonstration

An adult literacy tutor and an adult student demonstrate a comprehension monitoring strategy called a Think Aloud to develop metacognition and improve reading comprehension. To demonstrate the Think Aloud, they show the “I Do” portion of a strategy called, “I Do”, “We Do” and “You Do.” The tutor models how the strategy works for the student.
