Oh yeah. Probably going to be strong on the alchahal so I know that will be a bit if a down gall for people who don't do alchahal but I think the flavor will make up for it.

I'm gonna filter it after 6 to 8 weeks but let it sit longer before I send it out to people.

Thats what im hoping for. Gonna be strong on the alchahal but I think the flavor and heat will make up for it.

I was originally gonna let it sit for 6 months than filter but I was told by rhett that the taste gets funky the longer you leave it sit with the mash in it. I believe it was Tom broom told me it can get hotter as it sits in the bottles over time.
