In this video I'll provide you with a #summary of the book Thinking Fast and Slow. This book is definitely worth giving a read if you're prone to making rash decisions that you later regret - or if you're often feeling a little indecisive and you spend a lot of time delaying important decisions.
#ThinkingFastandSlow teaches us how our brain works. The writer of this book, #DanielKahneman, is a pioneer in the fields of psychology applied to economics. With his ideas of the influence of the human psyche in decision making, he went against the long dominant theory of rational choice. When I read the book, I came across four main takeaways. I’ll share those with you one by one.

Our brain doesn't literally use two systems but it's convenient to think of it that way because it's easier to comprehend what goes on in our head when it is represented using two systems.
