Levi I’ve been there. I got delivered. Not only delivered but thriving all because of Jesus. Not just in certain areas off life but numerous. Here’s some help. Fast 3 times a week. Start at 12 am and go till 4 pm or 6 pm. Use godly wisdom if ur body isn’t use to eat. No food no water. Try water only first for the first 2 maybe three weeks. Pray as often as u can. Sing and praise even when ur being attacked and condemned. Sleep with the bible app at night to help re wire ur brain subconsciously. Before u break ur fast read the word and pray. Cut out all the ppl and energies that try to pull u into darkness. No fornication at all. Be careful what ur eyes see and hear. So be aware. Don’t watch cable or Netflix for awhile if u have to. Try not to go on social media if it triggers u. Be aware of ur triggers and don’t over commit to activities or ppl if it drains ur energy. Re do this process through faith and I’m God and the yoke will be broken supernaturally in Jesus name
