I pinstripe and paint with 1 shot a lot. I got tired of dealing with the paint skinning over and picking chunks out of my work, so I developed a way of keeping that from happening. I transfer all my paints to PET plastic bottles with flip top caps. I put a 1/4-20 nut in the paint, and a stainless steel mesh screen in the lid. Sometimes the paint will still skin over but I shake the bottle with that nut in the paint like a spray can. The nut breaks up the skin and the filter keeps the chunks out. Plus I have incredible control over how much paint I use with the flip top cap.
I never use the paint right out of the can anymore. I found it skins over and you lose more paint that way than you actually use. I pour my 1-Shot into small baby food jars, That way it's easier to open and get started right away. My cans are stored sealed off good and place them upside down to keep the paint from skinning over. It works great that way. Less waste too.

Cool thank you!! I need some high reflective paint not much but I need some, what would you suggest ? It needs to be outdoor and it’s for a roadside sign.
Sorry for the delayed reply. There is such a thing as GLOW BEADS that was used many years ago but I don't know if they are even available any more. Just sprinkle them into wet enamel paint. Good luck!
I wanted to know everything I needed for 1shot paint as far as thinners, reducers, hardner, I seen high temp and low temp I don't know the difference? I have brushes, 1shot paint, cups, not shire if I have to buy the 1shot brush oil and cleaners. Don't use laqaur thinner will ruin the brush
