This meditation video is on the Third-Eye Chakra. This Chakra is located around the area of the brow, and is associated with the Green Ray (unlike the Chakra systems showing Green at the location of the heart), and has 96 petals altogether. The Green Ray of the Holy Spirit is what brings us Divine Vision, Wholeness, Healing, Music, Science, Mathematics, Science, Supply and Consecration. It is this ability of the Ray to help us see ourselves and our future, that we find this Green Ray Chakra at the location of the Third-Eye, where it works congruently with the pineal gland in the brain. It is this ability to see oneself or others as healed, or whole, that assists in making it happen. Seeing ourselves with the Supply is what brings it to us.
There are many mainstream books teaching about visualization and its merits are well-proven. Athletes can visualize themselves making the perfect throw, shot, or swing, and it is the same as if they have practiced it physically. They become better just by visualizing. The same with visualizing things with your own life, whether health for you or someone, or whatever dreams you have. Keep your dreams in your mind's eye, and they will happen.

As for the video, since the Third-Eye Chakra is green, the video focuses on the various beautiful expressions of green in our world, and nature -- which of course has so much to choose from in this color.
