Third Eye Meditation: Most Ancient, Authentic and Powerful Meditation Guided by Nithyananda 

The third eye is awesome! Sharing my experience: I gave my iPhone6 plus for repair to a local shop in Mumbai. It took more than three weeks and the shop-keeper refused to update me on the phone progress or what the issue is. He only kept saying I have sent it to Apple, be patient and when I get it with me, I will call you. I figured he is a crook and something is wrong. That night as I was about to sleep I had a vision of an iPhone and it being opened and three chips being taken and given away to someone. I knew what I had to do. I woke up next day and went to him and asked him to pay me a deposit till the phone comes. I took 20,000 INR from him, he did not once question me or argue back. That is the power of third eye!

I just finished 4th day of this third eye meditation and I was shown that God loved us so much he could no longer contain us in thought, and so Billions of us at the same time burst forth into being and in my sight I was shown a shower of brilliant golden sparks that suddenly and lovingly lit the whole of the cosmos and God was in love with his creation! Wow it just blew me away!

I was doing this for 21 days without success. Did 3 day break and started doing it again, but now with applying kumkum on area between my eyebrows. I noticed BIG difference - i could concentrate more easily and be less distracted by thoughts. After meditation I am now feeling deeply peaceful. Didn't feel like that for a long time. This state alone is a major success for me. I'm using shortened version of this meditation - without introductory and ending talk.

I'm a little blown away by this. I don't have any hindi training. I started doing this meditation a few years ago and have often wondered where it came from. I'm thrilled to finally learn of it's origins and now wonder if I have past life connections to this technique, because I was never taught it in this life. Yet somehow, I knew to do it.

Thank you very much for this technique, it is very powerful! I used to do another technique which is gently tapping with a finger in multiple spots (forehead, top of the head and back of the head) to locate the pineal gland and concentrate on it but your technique is more powerful. I can cleary hear this high frequency pitch in my head when I do it and my body seems to be heavier. Singing bowls work very well for me as well 👍

My eyes starting watering and tears dripped down my cheeks, but I wasn't crying. I did see a white light but i think it was the computer screen.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm slightly addicted to the immense pressure and throbbing I get on my crown chakra, pineal gland, and the area in between my eye brows when visualize the energy entering into me. It just feels so amazing.

This is amazing it’s making me feel like a child again, it took me out of a depressed state with more energy and 100% present even my color and depth perception is changing. It feels like How I’m supposed to feel..

I did this meditation and I went into a different place and I was aware of what was happening. It was amazing.

Five years ago I did this meditation expecting a “good” meditation. However it ended becoming one of the most powerful and greatest meditation experiences I had via the internet. I was not disappointed but amazed and overjoyed by the realness of Shiva, Shivoham, and Paramahamsa Nithyanada. After this video hearing the name of Shiva or simply saying Shiva would make my third eye go through intense vibrations instantly. My third eye was awakened before this through other sadhanas or practices and initiations I had with other masters before Swamiji. However, never did simply hearing the name of Shiva or any god send me into a higher state of consciousness so rapidly. It was then that I understood that it had to be Siva himself whom initiated me. 🙏🏾👁❤️ This was the beginning of my journey with Swamiji in this life and too happy to continue this amazing ride of bliss with him! It's such an incredible blessing to have Swamiji, the living Incarnation, available to share these authentic, powerful meditations and literally awaken our third eye in the Inner Awakening program. I just came back from Kumbh Mela in Ujjain 2016 and saw so many people being able to ready and see through their third eye. I was also one of the 3500 people initiated into the power of the third eye. I can not describe with words the experience and possibilities of the third eye. We are indeed super humans :D

this video is awesome. i did this meditation and went to a party. I was able to see behind my head what color dress a family relative of mine as wearing. likewise when a person was just going to arrive and just going to leave, these things i was very sharply catching that night, or i should say Bhagwan was revealing through his third eye. The Third eye is such a powerful intra-organ that each one of us have, and as a person with my third eye awakened by Swamiji, life itself has changed after that. I could see a butterfly, an elephant, an antelope, a bird and other animals. Then my 3rd eye was the sunset, the sea, the moon, a lake, trees, mountains, sand dunes, then the face was the butterfly and we were all connected.

Having the power the Third Eye has made life so much more fun and engaging. I feel when I use the power life becomes a game!

Itsssss liiiitttt, what an amazing journey I am on.... it all started with trying to astral project, now I have crystals from African turquoise to amethyst, to guide my 3rd eye to enlightenment. I have been able to see ghost all my life, and I was always afraid of my gifts, but now that I am older and I see people trying to attain what I was trying to hide

Damn.. I actually felt and saw results this time, it was great. I think I had been doing it wrong these last couple weeks.. Just now was the first time I focused on his 3rd Eye with my eyes open, before I would maybe keep them open for a min or two, just enough time to familiarize what I needed to picture. This time I kept them open for the whole duration besides while in the middle where I'm focusing on a light from the cosmos. While focusing on a light I had the most lucid experience I've had yet, near the end it was like me progressing through colors trying to pass through them and the gold light would sometimes break through for a very short amount of time(like being under a tree in the middle of spring and the sun appearing through the leaves). The background colors went in this order black, dark blue, white, purple, and ended at a really light blue. While it was purple was when it was the most extreme, it looked as if it was purple electricity and there was so much of it that it almost completely blocked out the darkness. What was great about it was that normally things disappear once I acknowledge that I'm seeing something but this time I was able to keep myself in that moment for almost a minute and I was able to affect it in subtle ways. This was great, I'm really surprised that keeping my eyes open at the beginning and end made that big of a difference. I was focusing on his eye with my 2 eyes while trying to use my third eye to somewhat see what he would've been seeing of he was on front of me, basically seeing the world from his eyes but in a weak way, I could only get glimpses that were blurry but the feelings I got was something I don't remember feeling before it wasn't just one different feeling but numerous different ones almost all at once. Haha anyway thanks for this, my writing is a mess right now cause I'm trying to rush an explanation of something I don't know how to actually explain and bc it's pretty damn exciting, enough for me to share it

I have done this a lot as a child, and now off and on as I am older but don't have complete control as of yet. I am one that have done many different things with my GOD given gift. Unfortunately I still don't have control nor have done this lately. I'm meditating almost every day but there seem to be times when something happens to where I have missed a day and have to start over again. I'll keep pushing through because I know that this is possible and I can do it but I don't know how long before it opens again. I did notice that because of the meditation that I've been doing I'm able to control the wind flow and direct it about 90% of the time.
