Both relationships have a big difference. If relationship is broken after marriage means there is a big problem either in boy or a girl and also both had sex too. But if relationship is broken without marriage then there is a little problem bcoz they didn't have sex and didn't live together. The actual problem is realised after marriage not before marriage.

Same happened with me. It has been 2 years of my second marriage. Till date, I'm suffering because of ill mentality of this society. My ex-husband was from a rich background and my beloved husband is from middle class background, whenever there is some issue be it financial, health or for that matter anything, people say she would be happy with her first husband. I don't understand if I can be happy in that relationship then why I moved out. If I chose to give divorce to him then there must be a big reason. Nevertheless, society is not going to understand us, so do what makes you happy.

Being in live in relationship is also a taboo and being divorced is also a taboo... If people will not take atleast one of these things as a problem then life will be more easier... If live-in will be allowed then separated people will not called as divorced and if marriage is mandatory then divorced should not be a big problem..

Obviously divorce rape is wrong if it's for her own satisfaction. Let's bring few more concept here.... What if a women get pregnant and had a girl child... Her in-laws torture her for not bearing a boy.... What else choice she had? Ans: divorce with compensation That's not a case of divorce rape I guess and obviously not in this 7 min video too we can't judge her without knowing full story(her story).
@@KhushiGupta-vt7vm first I used the term divorce rape because, man when they come to know about the person with whom they are going to start a new life is a divorce (female), the first question that comes in his mind is that, will I not become a victim of divorce rape or what if she puts a false charge of dowry also know as reverse dowry case(IPC 486) against me and my family, what will I do then, that's why society (which includes men) don't want to accept a divorcee(women), what they think is--"" pata nahi kya kar kay aae hogi"". In your comment you mentioned about a women who didn't compensate and got out of marriage because of her children's gender problem right, here is the plot twist, what if the in-laws and her husband came to know that the girl she gave birth to is of other man's (basically she cheated on her husband & got pregnant) and now she wants her husband to take care of that child for which she got kicked out of that marriage by her husband and her in-laws. The reality is that the case you had mentioned and the case that I have mentioned, both are real and this happens a lot now and then. That's why they not only judge and tends to be distant from a divorce (in case of marriage), let me tell you why?, In India if a girl puts a false rape allegation against a man,he is dead, that girl and the society, even his parents, friends and other family members will assassinate his character immediately....and ultimately he will commit suicide...since there is not a single law or act in support of man in India for cases like this,same goes with dowry act and divorce rape as well. Maybe you will get triggered and won't like what I have written but it's better to be judged in situations like marriage, when there are more than one lifes are involved.

But obviously it's his desicion that matters but here you shouldn't mention that why society judge women earlier men used to do 4-5 marriges in village coz women were not educated and not aware of rights I know our system doesn't give any right to men (must be given) but we can't judge all women's on the basis of one story... I know it's debateable but I would like to end this here as we don't know the story of female so we can't say mother is completely wrong. Plus I agree with mother as his son is not divorcee she want a girl like his son..... As if you are virgin so you have right to expect from your partner to be virgin. But respect for parents is VERY important. Marriage without parents' blessings and acceptance suffers a lot. I speak from observation and experience of people.
