Memories ......good memories. Jamaica was JAMAICA.back then. My family, my friends, Mo- Bay man, jah know. Change is not always good but at least there are always the memories.
Beautiful love song from the best reggae group out of Jamaica. Reminds me of my days in Jacks Hill, falling in love with the beautiful lady who is my wife today. Driving down the winding road from Strawberry Hills with her beside me and listening to this powerful song makes me miss JA and my favorite city-Kingston.
It still stands up as a beautiful tune... but the heavy use of keys & synth give away it’s 80’s era release. For Me. Incredible Band though, still vibing wit it! 🔊❤️💛💚
Yes. Incredible how many years have passed. We never believed that age would overtake us let alone conquer our worlds. We must educate the newer generations about this quality music! #Third World forever!
I have loved this song for as long as I can rememeber!!!! It makes me think of all the special people in my life and the one source we all come from. Yeah, tears come to my eyes.......
This song just brings me back to two very happy times (things) in my life - I no longer have either and the nostalgia is overwhelming. But damn Mr. Rugs possessed the cleanest, smoothest, most awesome voice in Reggae music, no Bob Marley, no Calton Koffi, not even Maxi Priest or Dennis Brown can compare all those mentioned are awesome but Bunny Rugs took the cake and the whole oven and the bakery.
I don't know any other group that made music like this...I've listened to those first few third world albums for 30 years now, they're timeless and help a person find a starting point when it's all going pear-shaped..my albums are all unplayable now...so thanks for posting...beautiful
A child was born from you and I - and you're alway's around. You are still around, Bunny Rugs, with 8 children you blessed this world with your music and your inheritance. God Bless. Rest In Peace, I loved your music/voice and am blessed to have partied with your songs.
A beautiful song Ruggs, one that always take me back to a place and time when I needed something positive to pull me through. Third world music as always been that drug that give me a positive out look on life. Many respects to all the members past and present of one of greatest reggae band of all time. long live Third World and rest in peace Ruggs. you are greatly missed.
This is one of the best song third world ever sing.....you can hear the passion you can hear the group singing from they ❤️.....rip bunny you have copper as your back up now.....
Obviously there are 19 persons that has no sense of good music , when it's been played. One of the best love songs. Lyrically well written. A1 production
@@ekitiemmanuel4381 Sadly Carrot Jarrett died at the age of 69, in 2018. I met him not long before he died. He married a lovely woman and they had a few happy years together.
@@Petchary Sad really!! Apparently (I'd read) he was VISIBLY in good health according to his daughter and even had a gym work out, moments before he passed. May his soul RIP !! 🌹🌸🍀🌹🌸
“Disturbance separates us sometimes. But I know it’s in our minds. When I think of you it’s a paradise cause your always around. Always there when I need you.” My favorite lyrics
@@mohamedfadeldiagne9816 I did not know that and thanks for sharing -- had no idea it was a song for a son. Is it dedicated to his son or written "for"? I think there is a line that says "a child is born of you and I"
Tell me did bunny rugs pass? The greatest musical influence on my life, I went from heavy rocker to andevote white Rasta.... the locals in Jamaica named me that... one love bunny, blessings brother, blessings. Toronto 12/21/17
This is what I love about this group they could be just as good the real thing (the group ) Or turn it to reggae and very much up there with Bob Marley an amazing band still to this date
I remember when Third World visited us here in St. Croix, in 1998 and i could almost touch their shoes. I sang every sang they played when Bunny came to make tribute to cooper. And he said, Wah we have talent in the audience. . I am forever in love with the Third World band. R.I.P Bunny.
