Third stop - Thiruvananthapuram (India) formerly known as Trivandrum.
Largest city in India's southern Kerala state. Densely populated with 3 million inhabitants.
Plenty of high quality vegetarian, but no vegan restaurants. Regardless, the ability to find a vegetarian restaurant just by going into a busy street is where Indian outshines other countries.
