What a clusterfuck. It’s an hour and 45 minutes since I started trying to apply. After dozens of failed attempts that ended in server side error messages I twice got the form filled out only to get an error message “Hmm…Something went wrong” after I hit the Submit button. MN Government IT services scored an “F” on this one. I’m so disappointed that I wasted so much time thinking this was real. UPDATE: It seems that the whole application process blew up and whatever interactions there were with applicants today, June 5, are for naught and the state will announce a new date for people to apply once they figure out what went wrong.

lol and when it reopened it immediately closed. So glad I got up early for this, twice. It looks like even for the 10,000 who did get in, only 1300 of them get rebates? so

Why don't you just mail every one in the state on how to apply so everybody can apply. First come first serve! You know 90% of the applicants never even considered an ebike until the Free Ebike was advertised. There's more advertising for this than anything else. Sham!
