Never left a comment before. But halfway through watching this, something hit me and I had to pause the video during the aerial shot. The street close to that building is where I started my year in a hotel in NY after my dad was diagnosed with Cancer. I stared at that college everyday for a week wondering what would happen next. He's fine now, thank God. But it's such a trip how life can be a rollercoaster. Keep up the great work Jason. Your channel and personality is amazing.
awesome, and the phone in your hand is anxiety producing. Be fully engaged with us and not like a call is about to come in. (not you, but someone let a chandelier light bulb be burned out in a video for a $19 million house). Great house, great job
With that large patio, you would have all those residents on that side looking at/down at you and your friends. It’s not exactly private. Hopefully those windows can’t open up so they can discard things onto your giant patio out of jealousy! 😂
I agree. Hopefully the windows don’t open fully so the can’t just stare down. Most buildings don’t allow windows to open out too much so it may be fine
That’s a lot to take care of. And, in NY/NYC the season for swimming outdoors is short. 8-9 weeks. I wouldn’t be surprised if the building did have a pool for residents; and also an exercise room and, maybe, entertainment spaces.
The terrace is nice but realistically you'd only be able to use it a few months out of the year. It's either too hot or too cold. Plus, NYC gets its fair share of rain!!
Beautiful and doesn’t seem outrageously priced all things considered. However, that awesome terrace needs better staging/design, including simple things like area rugs to anchor the different spaces and a pergola, etc for some shade. Is there an outdoor kitchen and can you put a hot tub up there?
You can do a lot with 19 million. This type of properties are for people that are in the top 0.5 % . With 19 million, you can have several properties ( and amazing ones) in various parts of the world and even have a 50ft catamaran somewhere ( like the mediterranean) ....one can get a lot more creative with 19 million. And then the taxes and condo fees must be insane. These properties at these insane prices are just not worth it unless this is a drop in the bucket for someone that's worth 500 million.
Thanks so much for those amazing videos Jason. You are such an inspiration, I’m a civil engineer and I shifted to real estate because of your videos. I am not exaggerating, after I consumed a lot of your content I was like I’m gonna become a real estate agent. It’s been two months since I started the job and I’ve already sold two properties. Thanks a lot Jason, keep up the good work 🎉
I burst out laughing with the "welcome to my crib"! I live in NYC--and I've been into some amazing homes, but these views are insane and the terrace is amazing--just needs an outdoor shower ;-) Beautiful tour...
Great Apartment and a Great price compared to others in the area. Keep up the great work but Jason, my brother, lose the phone during filming. Just sayin
So, are we going to ignore the massive SMOKE STACK photobombing every view? Otherwise, that is an awesome place and price for something like this in NY.
Mayor Adams could put a lot of illegals in this place. You thank AOC New York's 14th congressional district is a congressional district for the United States House of Representatives located in New York City, represented by Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The district includes the eastern part of The Bronx and part of north-central Queens.
I love the way he says it's nice and private, you don't really have anyone looking at you. While they are showing a shot of thousands of windows where people could easily be looking right at you. Particularly at night with the lights on.
Especially with the terrace, where all the apartments above you are just looking down on it. But I guess people who buy this don't really live there with their family and mostly use it for events or something.
Spending 19 million in a city full of drug addicts, illegal immigrants sleeping at the doors of the establishment, high taxes, exorbitant crimes, a black and progressive mayor, woke... it is definitely better to spend it in Dubai, Monaco, Montenegro. Even so, the property is beautiful, but it does not make up for it.
Not bad 😊even with the money to afford it, I wouldn’t buy. Is too much, properties like this keep soaking up your money even after paying the whole of its cost. Why would someone need that much? I will better be in an modern beautiful 3 beds apartment in… Tribeca? and safe a ton of cash
Did you really say: "there´s no other ´terrorists´ that can come out and look at you"? Why didn´t you just say nobody? I shouldn´t think mentioning terrorists is a strong selling point for a New York apartment on the 29th floor!
hi, i cant take you professionally if you cant spell private.. at 12 sconds in, the word private is spelled, priavte.. uhh, whats that word.. is it from another world? seriously, how can you expect to sell these properties if you cant even spell the the simplest of words..
Imagine paying that much, just to walk out and step in human poop and then get stabbed by a random hobo, who will not see a day in prison. And if you defend your self, you're branded as a nazi and sent to prison. Save your money, move to a better state.
the most boring terrace ever. Imagine what they coudlve done with so much space but no they simply put stone plates on the ground and yeah .. just "lol"
Very nice and all. but will be a royal pain in the ass getting to and from the grocery store. Not to mention even if you can park there, the long ass round trips getting every in from the car.
What is he talking about does he not see the higher floors looking directly at the terrace? It is not private. It even looks like you share the terrace with the unit next to you behind the ugly wood fence. And what to do with all the furniture and pillows on the terrace when it rains.
Finally some NYC real estate "yes" Marv Albert voice. No Miami vibes today we have beautiful waterfront views here in NY also. I do love the South Florida content but we have beautiful real estate in NY unique to us. NY summer vibe then when it gets cold in NY we change the forecast an go to South Florida.
IDK why whoever stages these places use white and grey furnishing almost exclusively. I always feel like I'm looking at the lobby of a bank when I view these tours. Obviously, the place has terrific potential. If someone invests in a couple of gallons of paint and employs a reputable decorator, it can truly be a real dream home, but loses the greys.
