we are trying it in Greece in a sports club. The problem is as follows. 4 exercises of two minutes is equal to eight minutes adding a minute of rest you need 11 minutes. In court practice (training) 16 minutes. If we see improve to players we will inform you in less than 2 weeks

We believe that it will take a period of 2 months to see greater results and certainly at least 15 minutes for the whole group of exercises.I want to mention that it was applied to ages 14, 16, 20, 24 with the greatest improvement in the younger ages.
