I’m already doing this for 200 days and believe me 1 hour 30 minutes of FULL FOCUS training is the most important thing. Try to create a morning routine too for example, you can go for a 3 km run every morning to start the day off. And Lastly, have a journal of your own to record your pogress.❤

If i do the 45min workout outside, do i have to do 1inside? If i exampel have 1hour 30min fotball training, i don’t have to train inside because im doing it outside..
