I grew up a practicing Catholic. I walked away from the Church a year ago after learning about the manipulation of the gospels, the removal of pertinent truths, and the distorted teachings of the Church as a means to control and manipulate the masses. Humanity has been enslaved by the Enemy and as Jesus himself experienced, so remains today, that whoever tries to spread truth to awaken humanity, is silenced or censored, or their views distorted. I am finally liberated from the enslavement of the church and continue working with these magnificent revelations in manifesting desires by breaking free of traditional thinking, to embrace these new ways of thinking and doing. Greg Braden is a great teacher, like many others, and their knowledge and guidance is incredible. In verse 106 of the Gospel of Thomas, the "two" is referring to "the Father" and "the Mother" as is clearly seen from the verses before. As with many spiritual traditions "the Father" refers to thought and "the Mother" refers to feeling. The head and the heart.

So intrigued by the Gospel of Thomas. There is a reason “they” left it out of the Bible. Thanks for posting!!

I’ve written two books on this gospel. It is a masterpiece. It changes you if you read it from cover to cover. The best translation is John dart and Ray Reigert. You have to ignore the commentary because it is based on traditional Christianity, and I use that term loosely, instead of metaphysics, which is the way we should be interpreting the Bible, and any other religious/holy gospels that may or may not have been found in a cave, because some brave soul risk their lives so that they wouldn’t be burned in the fires of Alexandria. Gregg Braden was in my town back then. It was 2007 and I didn't know anything about the topic yet. (I learnt he was there only almost 10 years later, watching a vid on YT). At that time, a very religious catholic girl tried to trap me in catholic fundamentalism, wanted to convince me of the opposite of what Gregg says. I never agreed with what she and her circle wanted to brainwash me with instinctively. I made up my mind, I cut her loose as there was no ground for keeping the friendship alive. If had been aware that such a conference was held in my country that year, I would probably have spared myself some unpleasant events. I'd have avoided her and her people much earlier without giving them second chances...only focusing on the teaching that people like Gregg and many others are now passing on to us.

Gnosis = Being aware of being aware. The Light of Wisdom and Understanding dispels the darkness of ignorance and folly. "Be-hold That which is (Reality/Life) = That I am." "I am (Life) is come that you might have Life and have it more abundantly." By definition there can be only one all-inclusive or Absolute Being (Life), in which all relative beings live, move and have their Being. Love is the recognition of our shared Being.

Regarding "When the two become as one," Gregg Braden says it refers to Mind and Emotion." But I think it refers to Mind and Spirit. THAT would be in line with Gnostic teaching. They called Spirit as Christos. Nope, it certainly isn't emotion that the gospel of Thomas referred to. Emotions are fickle and flighty!

Very interesting although I catch Hermetic and Greek enlightenment knowledge here. Hermeticism says the Universe is Mind, the Mind of God. Jesus understood we are intricate sparks or emanations of God's creation or thought, since the Universe is Mind. He worked and elaborated from these concepts up to the manifestation matrix explained by Mr. Braden here. I recommend everyone to watch the whole presentation. This view of Jesus, how he presents God, the Divine Creator is purely methaphysical. It is sad that major religions harass or restrict the growth of persons or their intimate life because they are not part of a particular religion or dogma. Yesterday was St. Patrick’s Day, and I can’t lie to you. I cried a lot. The thought of that many churches opening where Jesus Christ can be killed is sitting to me. But the Gospel of Thomas doesn't say that. "Jesus said to them, ‘When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer, and outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, (5) and when you make the male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male, nor the female be female, (6) when you make eyes in place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, (7) then you will enter [the kingdom]’ “. I see no reference to thought and emotion. Why are "thought" and "emotion" enclosed in brackets in the video? I have no idea of what Thomas meant. The above quotes are from my copy of The Nag Hammadi Scriptures. Verses 46 and 108 say the same thing.

Please read all of this. El, Al, Allah, Ba'al, Yalderbaoth, Saturn/Satan or commonly known at Yahweh, ISN'T the FATHER which Christ spoke for. Both worship the Black Cube...look up what that really is. The Jewish 'Star of David' has nothing to do with 'David', and everything to do with Saturn - the Black Cube. The same black cube Muslims face towards and 'pray' (submit to) to 5 times a day...which is placed over the tomb of Abraham, whome The Christ called 'a lair from the beginning' - because he knew that Abraham (knowingly or unknowingly), was worshiping the false God and his false commandments. Only carnal beasts living in this dualistic state need 'commandments' to tell them not what to do. Don't do this and don't do that. Whereas those in a state of Love, following the truth of Christ, only need the 1 commandment from God the Father: Love One Another. With this simple commandment, all the others are no longer necessary, but only though Christ's love, which is self sacrifice for all of God's children. Christ is the expression of unity in a dualistic creation. Christ is truth, salvation, love (return to the 'Garden', return to the 'One', return to 'source' etc). The God's of duality are the false jealous Gods that must exist in order for our material (Matter/Mother/Matrix) realm to exist - they are necessary expressions of opposites and everything in between - if they didn't, our reality COULD not exist. The God who created this reality from the beginning, Yahweh, though he was the only God (because they created this material reality) and he is in DENIAL about there being an Omnipresent, All Mighty, Father that existed before his,....therefore this 'God' needs YOU to remain in ignorance (through jealous fear and submission to rules) of the truth and keep you in a Black V White, Good V Bad, Left V Right, Positive V Negative, Masculine V Feminine image/program of our reality - because that's exactly what this God represents, the dualistic nature of our 'false' reality which is a corruption of the Spirit - a reversal, an upside down, inside out creation based on ignorance. These are expressed through the archetypes we see in old mythologies. For example: Zeus and Poseidon, pretty much the entire Hindu religion, Sumerian, Egyptian mythologies et al etc... Christ saves us from this trap/cycle and once you realise this truth, you are no longer trapped in the 'Matrix' because you are no longer ignorant (like the false God's NEED you to be ignorant to feed from your soul/lifeforce over and over again), and once you are no longer ignorant, you wear the armour of Christ's truth and you are no longer their (false God's) possession - hence, your soul is saved and your sins are forgiven once you accept Christ as the truth and: "Thy Kingdom come, Thy WILL BE DONE on Earth, as it is in Heaven" - becomes a possibility for you, not the false 'Heaven' promised to you by the false Gods, which is a trap because all it is is coming back to the Earth again and again, with a 'better' social status (money, fame, good looks etc), if you placated their needs in your previous life - this is the IMAGE of the BEAST (and the 'Caste' system used in Hindu India); whereas, Christ's Heaven is salvation from this trap and the manifestation of a the true Heaven On Earth, in the image of God the Father who is inside us all through Christ. Christ's Image of A New Heaven and A New Earth, based on love, unity, sacrifice, truth, peace (not empty platitudes) and NOT an image of the false dualistic image of carnal desire and submission/placation to false Gods, so that you might have a 'better' material existence in your next 'life'. Christ said: 'When the two eyes become one, then the body (Temple) will be full of light". When you remove the veil of duality from your eyes and start seeing in unity (truth), you will know Christ and Christ will know you. It is also referring metaphysically to the opening of the 'third eye', or Pineal, which is a crystal in your head which lights up when you are cloaked in Christs truth - when you can see with this eye and not just the two eyes which view the material world, then you most certainly will be full of light literally and figuratively.
