Great video, Love the energy of this lad, and definitely don't want to dismiss his achievements. But I think its a couple of years too early, I just been on companies house and the combined wealth of all of his 25 companies is only a few thousand pounds, I've been in property for over 30 years and I was hoping to learn something.

Thanks for watching. All I would say is companies house can only ever give a historic snapshot in accordance with accounting policies, one such policy being assets are going to be the lower of cost or net realisable value, therefore the “wealth” not being true. There is no revaluation across our companies completed because we don’t need to. In addition the company house snapshot would not show things like private pension contributions reducing profit and loan backs back into the company which would increase liabilities, but effectively wealth has been built. There are several other limitations with companies house and whilst it’s great as 1 part of due diligence, it should never be considered as the absolute or only form of DD. Hopefully some valuable points have been shared in the video which will help others. We still have a long way to go !
