Reacting to a kid drifting in a tandem, I believe the game is Assetto Corsa. Has a 900 degrees steering wheel with shifter and e-brake. Some other drifting clips from Forza Horizon 5, BeamNG, CarX, FR Legend, Live For Speed and Gran Turismo. A lot of steering wheel drift clips and couple sick tandems as well.
