Diabetic Oreo Poke Cake Recipe
1 pkg of Swerve Chocolate Cake
1 (6 ounce) container of plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup water
2 pkg of sugar free chocolate pudding
2 ½ cups Fairlife (note - if want lower carb, use heavy whipping cream)
1 8oz container of Tru Whip or Sugar Free Cool Whip
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix Swerve Chocolate Cake mix with greek yogurt and ¼ cup of water. Pour in a lined pie pan. Bake 35 minutes
When the cake is done, poke holes all over the cake using a wooden spoon.
Pour ½ cup Fairlife on top of the cake. Place in the fridge.
Pour sugar free pudding packs in a bowl. Combine with the remaining 2 cups of Fairlife.
Allow to cool in the fridge for an hour. Pour pudding mixture over cake.
Spoon Sugar Free cool whip mixture on top.
Serve.
