It’s definitely added to my life, I have done so much with my lifestyle for so long that I can’t say it’s only one thing that has helped raise my vibration. I’ve been doing yoga (meditation, poses, breath work) for over 25 years, I’m vegan 9 years now, and pescatarian for 12 years before that. The most important thing is definitely relaxation as stated in this video. That is what I have been after, and my health and happiness have followed suit. I have everything I need in life, I’m very blessed. I pray the same for everyone Relaxation really is key to get out of the mind and into the body where we can start FEELING our way into our highest timeline ✨✨✨

@@yellowredblue If by sympathetically you mean attaching strong emotions to your desires then yes. But sympathetically is a negative emotion so be careful. Emotion is magnetism to your desires so use positive ones that are in congruence to them. This will shift you into a state of synchronicity where things glue together and the "stars align". Ways to tap into these frequencies are Cleaning and clearing the temple: Good sleep Good diet and quality foods Good exercise Letting go of negative emotions such as guilt, grief, traumas To let go of negative states, increase positive states such as gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, etc. Use meditation music, binaural beats, and isochronic tones Have intent before meditating That said, when you are meditating you are to surrender and let your mind soul and body harmonize on it's own The mind holds the ego therefore natural wants control. However, if we try to control our meditations we close the portals to the things we are seeking since our mind doesn't yet hold it. And if our mind doesn't hold it yet and it is to be searched, that means the mind is not to act... only process. To expound on that, you can't fill a glass with water if the cap is on the jug, the mind is the cap, and the frequency/state you are trying to tap into is what's inside the jug. So let your mind go so you can enter flow state. Now here's where it gets tricky, while in these flow states you can end up being pulled by "currents" if you will, so be aware of where you are drifting and always use your consciousness like a wheel to guide you back to source which is the state you enter. I say this because the subconscious will bring up negative emotions from time to time and if you are not adept to meditation you can end up in a spiritual battle while in flow state and that can be similar to a bad trip on LSD. My point being, you want a flow state of pin pointed energy tapping, not a flow state of oblivious chaos. So, surrender all thoughts, keep your conscious awareness as illuminated as possible. Thoughts should be used to set intent, but once in these states your intent is set therefore thought is no longer needed... that is when you transform and shift from thinking of being... to being what you thought of being. One must be very careful with that… If you bind yourself to the identity of another to change your frequency, when you don’t have enough to feed on anymore, or the person is gone, one is left in a crumbled state, with nothing of their own.
