I really don’t like Angie. Micheal is trying his best to connect with her and make her happy, but she’s just so insecure that she’s so ready to *call off the wedding* when he does so much as HAVE WOMAN FRIENDS and LOOK AT *STRIPPERS* AT A *STRIP CLUB.* There are other episodes where she refuses to wear some traditional Nigerian clothing even though he really wants her to, and she also refuses to stop smoking even though it makes him uncomfortable, and then in that same moment buys a HUGE PACK of cigarettes. I’m surprised the wedding wasn’t actually called off by either one of them, because by the looks of it, they disagree on way too much to be healthy as a couple, and Angie is so quick to scream and argue.

It's a classic red flag for an abusive relationship. Cutting people off from friends and banning them from seeing friends from specific genders is a sign of distrust and extreme jealousy and isn't healthy.
