In the actual interview, Coast clarifies that Harry's freestyles are off-the-top and all their freestyles are written. They wanted to make that distinction clear because they wanted to give Harry props.

Coast Contra does one version of hip hop freestyles. Old cypher style where you use pre-writtens and some freestyle off the top. Rio Los, the one that spoke Spanish, went off the top at the end. Harry is the other style where he goes 100% off the top. Obviously there are some fillers or maybe stuff used before, but they are all off the top of his head, zero pre-written verses. Harry is working a lot more on his pen game this year, and does perform some of his writtens that were pre-written or off the top from a few years ago. Both are the true definition of hip hop! MC's, DJ's, break dancers, graffiti. These five are the definition of MC's and hip hop!

2 of coast contra were spitting writtens other 2 were freestyle

No one other than Rio los at the end of his were freestyle. These were all pre-written verses by Coast. They openly discuss it and these songs are on their page from years ago.

Maybe people will FINALLY stop referring to H-Mack and Coast Contra in the same vein when saying "freestyle"...Coast Contra are written "freestyles". It is an important distinction that seems obvious, but so many keep calling Coast Contra's stuff "freestyles", which is fine, as long as you make it clear it is a WRITTEN free.

@@VenomReacts_94actually freestyle meant a written verse before it meant off the top. Harry and Taj break all this down in the podcast. The only other off top other than Harry is the last couple lines that Rio(2nd from left) does
