Hutts keepers head does normally spawn on greed/greedier mode, but the only way I know how to acquire it is either spindown or blowing up a shopkeeper and getting an RNG shop item.

i always love to see more of fiend folio! it's a top notch mod, imo. it's definitely harder than vanilla, but i think that's a good thing as long as it doesn't feel unfair, which i don't think it does for the most part when you get used to it. i feel like it has a lot of dud pills, though. dud pills that don't have very good positive versions if they even have any, so pills in the early game are more likely to be unhelpful. that's something i don't really like. also, i'm kinda bummed hutts didn't spindown the d6 for parasite. at least, i'm pretty sure that's the d6's spindown.

It might just be me, but i love fiend folio, it makes it more interesting and challenging. But i can understand why it is too much sometimes. But if you think about it, you needed some time to learn the base game attack patterns, so fiend folio is just another "learning experience" :D

I am quite curious about the future of the channel though. We know Hutts aint a Fan of perma Isaac, but we also all know if it aint Isaac, theres a good chance it wont make the rounds. I wonder what Hutts will find as the "main" thing after most of Isaac has been bested.
