Yes definitely. But ive learned (for myself at least) that any darkness I fear I'll encounter isn't some supernatural bookie man rather my own shadows reflected back at me. I think as with anything trust your intuition as to what feels right. If it doesn't feel like the right time to dive into this, it's okay to trust that feeling too. We're all on own journeys and there are many paths we can take to get to our highest truth. There's no rush and there's no one right way ❤️
Yes. But just remember all fear or trepidation you feel is rooted in ego. And there fore an illusion. Not real. If something is not stabilized in reality-it cannot hurt you. Remind yourself this when you sense trepidation. When you catch your body contracting remind yourself of the truth and relax into the truth, breathe, intense muscles ❤
Katrina and everyone else, Please dive in altogether to the spirit realm with the prayer saying only love and light beings will only be allowed. With the good, there is bad. We are sound and frequency/vibration oriented. We all need to learn how to open our 3rd eye which is direct line to God/Creator/Source. We get in these skin suits, we forget most of what we are. Open your 3rd eye/pineal gland and it is the BEST thing you can do for your life!! It is just hard in the 3rd dimension, you do have to work at it.💜

The Turtle..bye the Ancients is considered to be the earthly representation of the Great Earth Mother....It has 13 segments on it back representation the origional 13 months ofnthe year and the 13 Clan Grand Mother's! It's heart beat when swimming is between 14~20 beats a minute.. Why then in order to connect to the Earth and our Ancestors would we ever need to drum, any faster???🙏🙏🐢❤❤
