This is the kind of effect Tohru has on people. She makes their lives better and convinces them to do better by themselves. If her mother hadn’t thought about her and gone back to her, she would be dead. She even changed the lives of the Soma family. She truly is an essential character in this series. She is the best. And man her mom could never have had a better daughter than that. All right I’m gonna go cry now. This series always gets me on a feels trip. 😢❤
Anime name describes the anime better than anything. A fruit taste has many flavour, sweet, bitter, sour, etc. Just like many emotion pack on this anime❤❤❤
(Spoilers ahead ⚠️) For everyone that doesn't know :- They both meet in the afterlife, she dies in a accident and when she goes to heaven she sees him smiling gently towards her and he takes her hand and comforts her. (that child finds true love and is alright too) I highly recommend this Anime

I don't understand why this anime didn't get as much fame as spy x family, Naruto, demon Slayer or any other popular animes. Fruits basket is one of the most hurt touching anime. It's story is to beautiful. I seriously think fruits basket deserve much better.
It's artificially forced to be "sad"...like many others 80% anime is ruined by this trope od writing.. Japanese just can't handle normal slice of life, they have to ruin it..xd
I mean, Shonen anime are the most popular. Still, Kimetsu is mainly good for animation. If they dared to improve the story in the anime, it would be greater.

I knew and know nothing about this anime but when I saw the happiness and heard the song. I knew it was not going to last, and knew I all I could do was hope against hope that it works out before a mistake is set in stone... I was pleasantly surprised. This time.

Tohru is so precious. A true "strong female character," stout hearted, with an unbreakable will and an unbreakable spirit, not allowing her hardships to make her bitter or resentmentful. Unlike these "strong independent women" Mary Sue characters with their tokenized hyper masculinity and punching out men 3 times their size just to show "badass" they are.
Hands down THE BEST ROM-COM anime ever. And it made me cry buckets of tears but i am so happy for all of them. And dw these are the young girl's parents who unite in the afterlife and the girl happily gets married to an amazing boy who vows to keep her safe. Its a supernatural romance drama anime along witn comedy! Definitely give it a try and its very underrated!

This anime is one of a kind, truly an amazing anime, it’s hard to get into it but if you can, it’s an amazing anime and it really starts getting good once you get to the last season, then it’s amazing even tho all of its incredible

In the anime series Fruit Basket, Tohru's parents have died and this film focuses on the story their parents, about their love story and how it was before they died. The anime series Fruit Basket is one of my favorites, I really like tohru chemistry with the other shio, especially Kyo 😊 and you should know that the story of Tohru's parents (in this video) is very touching, this film made me cry. Their love story is truly beautiful. 😢❤

Fuck, I didn't properly cry for about 5 years. I forgot this painful feeling in the throat when your face muscles move on their own and your eyes are red from tears. I was thinking about my family when watching this... Will go and hug each family member right now. Please spend your precious time with your family when you still have the chance to do so.
