I failed this paradox cus lack of positioning like should i place near blue box or mid between holes, vanguard’s skill timing. Thats it.

Lee isn't even supposed to be redeployed here (at least I don't think) he's meant to just sit there next to the gutters and shove everyone in

HG set the check point at where Vifer put the block, in order to get to the check point, the slugs will just break the blocks. Thats why when he changes the bolck two tiles up, the slugs instead of breaking the blocks, they do a big circle to the same check point.

If I had to guess it probably has something to do with the waypoints. I haven't tested it but it seems that there's a waypoint on the top and bottom of the blue box for the top and bottom lane slugs and on the top right and bottom right of the blue box for the top and bottom lane crabs. If it wasn't this then the AI probably glitched or is bugged.

the way arknights enemy pathing works is that, in order to get into the enemy's designated blue box, they have to go through an invisible "checkpoint" somewhere on the map, the tiles right above and below the blue box in this case are the checkpoints for the slugs so the slugs just brute forces it because it *has* to go through there@@randomperson4198

@@randomperson4198 Enemy pathing is determined by checkpoints and a mathematical algorithm that determines the shortest path. By default, it's the blue box. They will take the shortest path to the blue box. However, enemies are generally set to have invisible checkpoints they first have to go through in order. As soon as they step on the checkpoint, it's marked as passed and they will go to the next one (or the blue box). The map designers placed the checkpoints WHERE he put the boxes knowingly, because enemies will break boxes if they obstruct the only way to a checkpoint. If you remember the Blood Blade shifter cheese on NL-EX-8, that's exactly what it was. You had to wait until they passed an invisible checkpoint (which would normally force them to take the same path as the Blood Knight) but if you waited for them to step over the checkpoint, THEN pushed them, the checkpoint was already passed and now they took the shortest path to blue box, which happened to now be away from the Blood Knight's position.

Lv 1 module is enough. Upgrade it dont change anythung😊

Same but for me it was the placement of vigna and grani that i got wrong.

personally I failed a few times because slugs and vanguard placements being oddly jank for this stage

...There's a constant stream of many super-weak slugs...And Reed gives 2 DP per kill on skill...These 'worst vanguards' out-produce probably any other vanguard on this map...

@@kikixchannel 1. Constant stream of slug doesnt mean a constant stream of dp. 2. Reed only good when her skill is up, the rest make her no differ than the rest of other charger vanguard 3. 1 block can cause a risk of leakage which did destroy my run several times.

@@youmumyon1880 it should be lee parasim but it felt more like vanguard reed showcase. Lee got forgotten on the right side while there are quite a management with the charger vanguard on the left.

@@pregopardon1434 they will change route when roadblock was put down, Unless: - There is no possible way to the blue box - They get stuck with the roadblock This was not day 1 feature tbh, but the fix was made after some players tried to send enemies to the prison made by roadblock (by shift ops) and/or other roadblock exploit

Delay for tanking CC? Are you sure its simply not because theres not enough DP so that the CC block doesnt triggered? I often use Lee and, so far, he never failed to block CC as long as I have DP to pay.

The combination of all the vanguards makes it possible without module (Lee should be placed on the other side of the box). You don't even need to use any roadblocks. I just tried it with my Lee (s3m3 with no module) and he clears the stage with 50 dp remaining
