I hope you enjoy this video. It's meant to be fast, fun and informative. I also give my opinion on the subject at the end. Definitely needs a buff. It CAN be good, meaning it's a cool idea, however, it needs something more, some more synergy to feel powerful, and maybe a buff in itself....

@@stevedeniz1 yeah but like your using your grenade in the process. Consecration is super powerful and doesn't consume your grenade, neither should this.... Or if it does, getting kills with it should refund it. It needs something.

It should pull aggro like a threaded spector, do no dmg to you, and shoot projectiles back with the push back pulse. It doesn't compete with any aspects as it is

yeah it's pretty much garbage and it takes a slot in primatic when we could have something like roaring flames or banner of war

If they buff it and add synergy it would be pretty good, personally I would love to see the drain decreased and a way for us to get grenade energy back. I like the idea of amount of hits blocked returning half energy via bear exotic

You have no idea how unbelievably mad I was when I saw the Ursa Furiosa synergy NOT refund grenade energy in exchange for blocking damage

In its current form, to help it be more worth running it without a huge overhaul, it should bare minimum decrease the grenade drain by like 50% to make it last longer or let us have more of our grenade charge back after using it. In all honesty, despite this being my second favorite CONCEPT for a Titan aspect right behind Banner of War, it feels far less useful and doesn't live up to taking an entire aspect slot like Banner does. It needs more utility, overshields for teammates within a certain radius would be an ok start. Ofc overshields themselves are kind of meh to begin with and need some work.

I have been using this for a couple weeks with an inmost/armamentarium class item and it is pretty good even at the GM level! Weirdest thing about it is that it counts as void damage but if you are using a verity build then it actually only works if you get solar weapon kills to buff the damage

First, the bug needs to be fixed. Second, the max damage needs to be increased. Third, the amount of damage you have to take to reach max needs to be lowered. Fourth, the duration of unbreakable before you lose your GL charge needs to be increased. Fifth, Spirit of the Bear and Ursa Furiosa needs to refund grenade energy after using unbreakable. Sixth, the suppression effect needs to be removed. Why the heck am I suppressing enemies that are supposed to be shooting the personal shield I have???

An actual hidden interaction i found (not sure if a bug or not) is that blocking damage with unbreakable while you have the sentinel shield super generates orbs of power I tested different exotics, fragments, mods; but it only really seems to need the super and the aspect to work, and the max orb generation per cast is 3

I treat unbreakable as a panic button or an actual shield. After ergo sum I am now a sword main and the feeling that I get just walking up to a bunch of enemies before releasing unbreakable to weaken them all and unleashing that wave frame attack makes me feel like a badass. It’s not optimal but it’s fun.

One thing i havent seen people mention is a range buff. Ive been running an ursas build on void titan in gms and it certainly needs more damage, and some added range would be nice too. Also rework overshields they suck so much ass omfg

All of prismatic Titan needs a rework, not just unbreakable. Hardly anything in the game can be consistently hit by melee. I'm in the process of counting how many bosses in the game can receive melee dps... it's not very many.

To me unbreakable is the biggest proof as to Prismatic Titan being woefully under-cooked. Why would Bungie give that aspect to Prismatic when (1) sentinel shield isn't on titan and (2) you cant use unbreakable while transcendent? Why not give Bastion or Controlled Demolition or create a new aspect that works better with prismatic?? Just makes 0 sense

I find sometimes it won’t activate when I have Shackle Grenade equipped. I simply fling the bola instantly even with the button held.

Really interesting find here!! I recently started messing around with Unbreakable and i love it!! Ironically enough i also paired it with Buried Bloodline long b4 watching this for the grenade + health regen Im trying to find the perfect way to synergy it with the new exotic rocket chest peice.. No luck yet but Buried Bloodline + a demo weapon is what i went with so far to help recharge Unbreakable!!

I agree with you... unbreakable in its current state it just not gonna get you through end-game content unless it gets a buff. However, I didn't know that about pairing it with termite nades... I will give this a try. Thanks for sharing fellow titan. 🍻

I've used it in quite a few master difficulty dungeon runs and its worked well, but in grandmaster nightfalls... eh nothing really beats the consecration slam. Also it doesn't fit prismatic at all except with the thermite interaction since you legitimately only have 1 aspect while you are transcendent, which is one of the primary selling points of prismatic lol. My real problem with this aspect is that if you remove the damage piece of it, its just another class ability option, letting you take your barricade on the move and in exchange it doesn't last as long. To me this should have just been exactly that: another class ability that we could choose to run, and then we could have gotten an actual real aspect instead of unbreakable.

Transcendence nades can't be consumed in any way, you can't make bleak watchers while transcendent either

Ive never been a fan of anything that takes my grenade away, without giving it great offensive or utility benefit (stasis turret, arc soul etc) The class identity of sentinel titan, with some reworks could be HUGE if done right but as it is, unbreakable is just...eh at best

Yes it needs a buff ALSO give him new ranged melee abilities. Shield throw has low velocity and horrible tracking.

I agree that offensive playstyles make defensive playstyles irrelevant. The game just doesn't really seem catered to things like Unbreakable or Ward of Dawn. Sure, you could make them work, but an offensive build would be several times better. I do like the fantasy of being the shield against which our enemies break, but it just doesn't feel useful in the game.

ngl in its current form, with thermite and an inmost + armamentarium class item its absolutely busted, you have constant uptime on inmost light, and burst damage that rivals consecration builds, without the need to constantly slide like a trials sweat

@@jroland94 because the damage from unbreakable (even with the exotic class item) isn't close to a single use of consecration with say synthoceps lmao, unbreakable is laughably bad and so is void overshield.

Using the class item on prismatic You can use Spirit of Bear and Arm. You block dmg? Get super. Have two of these. All we need now is a Monte Carlo but for grenade energy.

Consecration is all prismatic titans have... If they nerf it I will shed tears unless they add more viable build options/buff other things for prismatic titans. I'm sick of banner of war but into the fray and solar spots would've been nice...
