If his story was true it wouldn't make sense to assassinate him though? If he was a sheriff he would only be able to kill the other imposter so once the game doesn't end after the "failed assassination" meaning 2 imposters are dead, doesn't that out dumbdog for lying.
@@CageMatchRunnerUp no because he played as a crew trying to bait the assassin. when the crew thought kimi tried assassinating him, they already have it in their minds that dumbdog is 1. not the sheriff and 2. not the impostor.
Yeah I was so confused with Hafu saying to vote Dumbdog since Hafu almost always goes on the side of the sheriff and Dumbdog was very believable. I completely forgot about Jester but at the same time was really sure she wasn't imposter so I thought she just full out completely forgot how to play.
Funny how nobody trusted Dumbdog in the first game when Ellum said he was running from Dumbdog. If no sabotages were called and Ellum outright said he was running, why would he fear Dumbdog who claimed Sheriff if he's crew? I get I'm watching from Dumbdog's perspective so I know he's Sheriff, but logically it just makes sense that Ellum is bad.
Some of the crew thought that dumbdog was a killer, so in their eyes, it would be seen as legitimate. While it would tell dumbdog that ellum is the killer if he is running, if dumbdog were to get voted out it wouldn't matter.
Hafu obviously knew it was Ellum. But she had to get others out to have a winning chance because she's jester. Why are you always trying to judge from one viewpoint? makes no sense
Plushies being the mayor was a gg. I saw that game from a different perspective first time and the moment she abstained I was like gotta be mayor. No other reason someone votes that early without any sus on anyone. I’m surprised that everyone was so surprised. Good job Mr.Dog.
the rare instances of dumbdog being braindead are such gems the intro immediately got me thinking of today's stream with him saying i want to speak to the manager because he was tired even after sleeping, i was in steve's chat and a few of us immediately made jokes along the lines of dumbdog just wanting to speak with god, turn on location 🙂
Dumbdog's play was a great trick to distract them! If they had stopped to think about it, if Plushys truly was an imposter misfiring, the game would have ended. The reason being, an imposter would not have shot a sheriff unless another imposter was dead. So since the game hadn't ended, they should have tried to vote someone off. The fact that everyone was distracted/in disbelief over the death and how Dumbdog was telling everyone it was safe to skip... everyone let down their guard for his play! Great job!!
Oh I didn't know Hafu was Jester that game. I thought she was Executioner while the game was going because what she was saying made no sense but didn't really make her sus at all except as an executioner. But then the game ended and it was clear she wasn't so I was just ??? Hafu, you have to know better than that. When I was watching this before I wondered if 5up deliberately asked Ellum how he did it instead of DumbDog so the latter would get the chance to brag a little: DumbDog did the same thing to him in Chilled's lobby a few weeks before. I also love that little "Huh?!" from Kimi that got totally drowned out.
dumbdog could easily brag about it on his own, they usually talk about the crazy plays after the game. I’m genuinely confused why 5up thought ellum and not dumbdog, the one known for the strategic plays while they mock ellum’s play style everyday lol. maybe plushys saw the kill animation wrong.
I've been waiting for this video. Saw this live on Steve's stream and was COMPLETELY bamboozled when it ended. DD was on a completely different level for like 4 games in a row that day.
I love how Steve calls out the killer in the second game for being afraid when Ellum was running away in fear of DumbDog in the first game. 😂 Also, DumbDog really does go the full distance in his plays. Well done!
The other day, I was thinking that someone could do that play, claiming sheriff as assassin and trying to guess somebody's role. If it kills, play it off as you faking sheriff. If it doesn't, then people would think you were assassinated. The former would make people think that there is only 1 impostor when there are 2, while the latter would be the reverse, making the crew think that there are 2 impostors when there is only 1.

If crew had really thought about it, it didnt make sense because for plusea to believe the sheriff story and be the assassin she would have to admit that one impostor was already dead, and if she assassinates incorrectly she dies and the game ends cuz no other impostor is alive according to that logic. Im pretty sure there wasnt a glitch either. But I guess since their time was limited nobody dwelled on that
I think this story was to bait "the assassin" . It was more to make the crew believe that Plushys is the assassin who got baited, thus removing suspicion from himself
@@mphomadiba4358 Except, like the other person said, if that were the case, then in that scenario, an imposter would already be dead. Kimi (if she was actually assassin) would know this and believe Apollo and thus try to kill him. Her failing would end the game because both imposters are dead.
Plushys voted very early in the meeting (10:09) plus only 7 people voted while there was 8 people alive (11:57). Therefore Plushys is mayor that abstained quickly
Plushy voted when there was no info. There was 7 votes and 8 people. So there was a Mayor, and since Plushy voted so early, it was most likely Plushy pressing abstain immediately.
