There should be an algorithm that matches people who are reported for stuff with each other. For example people who flame with flamers, people who whine and harass others with similar people etc. Then you would have the exact people you deserve playing with you and everybody would be happy. It solves everything, except not for the people who are actually toxic, but for us who have to fucking deal with them all the time.

I'd like to suggest that if you start an ff vote that gets denied for the second time, you get nothing for the match. No xp, no lp, no mission progress, even if you win

ROA was the optimal choice in that match up since Skarner was their only tank. Pekin's mistake was to build Gargoyle's 3rd instead of rushing Void Staff. He could've melted that Skarner mid game and they could've ended. One thing that made them struggle that hard was Garen stopped splitting and Ekko forcing the objective fight. Garen could've stayed bot lane and look for the push instead of grouping up. The game should've ended at 30 mins.

Actually mobis are the best combined with deadmans plate and zeal they provide you with a lot of mobility to roam around the map and impact every lane.

Yeah, that's her passive. Can't buy boots but her movement speed scales with level.

She can proc any poison, but only singed and teemo have actual poison unless I am mistaken.

Cassiopeia passive is that she can't buy boots, but instead gets movement speed from other sources, don't remember what sources exactly, but that's the reason he didn't buy boots

He has very polarizing matchups, if he can channel q on you without you being able to punish back, it's very difficult to win even lane. Otherwise, zone him off minions to prevent scaling and try to convert your advantage. He's very vulnerable to cc and he needs a team to peel for him to really win teamfights. When he uses w, you have 2 options, either cc or just move away, he can't re-angle w so he will not be able to fight that very well. Do NOT follow him in his w unless you are very confident you can close it out, it's possibly even worse than singed The only thing that has very little counterplay is his e. Rylai's with that makes him have really good cc and that's probably where he needs to get nerfed.
