I was sitting here thinking, I'm going to cry if his first catch is a sail cat...🤣 They have ALWAYS been the bain of my existence while fishing in Florida.
We used your salty squid and shrimp last week at Destin florida beach and jetty..... IT WORKS! Thanks for not stinking up my cooler with squid...... love it....and u guys
A quick tip, when releasing line, use your thumb and index finger to guide the line down. Sometimes when you slowly lower the line, the fishes get it halfway.
Great videos! Love the way you share your experience with all the tips too which surely will use for my next fishing trip. 😊👌 I love fishing and bought loads of equipment of lures etc but need to learn more and and go fishing more often. Been ages. Motivated to start going again after seeing your videos. Viewed many of your videos already. Keep them coming buddy. You have a big fan already! 😊👌
You take me there with your videos I can smell and feel the salty moist air along with the sounds.. the lightening off in the distance was beautiful...thanks for sharing congrats on your engagement
Dude i caught a bunch more bait using tips from all of your videos. Then i used the same information and used that bait to catch my first shark. I was so used to catching hard heads it was a surprise to finally get a shark. Then i turned around and caught my first bull red all in the same day.
I don't have to pay big amounts for peeler crabs because if im out crab fishing with a net on the end of astring within 4 hours i've got easily 40 decent sized peeler crabs. it's great.
@@HeySkipperDamn. I was going to point to that but didn't want to pass judgment. 🤦♂️ We've seen too many news articles coming from Maryland about piles of juvenile stripers being poached. Hopefully it stops one day.
This is a good spot, but almost always schoolies. Caught some keepers from a kayak north of here at Hooper's Strait, nice slots 25"-27", but it gets rough on the kayak when you are exposed to the bay winds
Hey when you guys come up to the cape for striped bass I have a few spots to show you guys. They are good spots where you could get some really good footage. Let me know if you guys are interested. Thank you.
Hi, is it possible to get good results by using whole small crabs, like the ones that one finds under small rocks at low tide, instead of cutting up whole big ones?
Can you salt the soft shells ( not peelers) like u do the shrimp and squid. My last trip to St. Michael's ,MD, I had a dozen soft shells left n froze them . Could I defrost them n salt them before using so won't be so Mushy?
I recently got a GoPro 8 to start recording my fishing and was wondering if you record the whole time or only when you're getting a fish? The battery only last so long so I'm debating getting a second one
I’ve never used crab as bait. Doesn’t it get real expensive? But I catch a lot of small crabs in my crab net. Think those would work? That looked like a beautiful spot man. Even if you catch nothing what a view to just relax in!!
Would you please let us know what the TIDE is doing when you are fishing High. Low In. Out Moving Thanks Tom I especially enjoy your CONTAGIOUS ENTHUSIASM!!!👍
You should try corbina fishing in California! So much fun, make a Carolina rig with 4-6LB test mono filament, and have a size 10 hook with a sancrab (Preferably with a soft shell and eggs) and these fish are pretty big, they remind me of carp.
There’s a place called deal island where my family comes from and it’s on the eastern shore my family owns a crabbing buissness and I always get crab and it’s the best bait for the Chesapeake

Just wanted to say to everybody that’s great Fishing The structure but once I catch three or four small fish I change my set up to imitate the fish that I just caught especially at night like you said because big fish know they could find Small fish around structure so the big ones are just lurking outside trying to sweep through on that slack tide
Hi skipper. I live in Nederland and thanks to your channel I started to catch big fishis. I come back to this sport after 20 years so I had some problems but you helped to solve them. I cached zander 96 cm 9 kg. Thx for that what you doing. Keep it up
So happy to hear that we have helped in whatever way we could, and congratulations on your catch! Thank you for watching as well 🙏🏼 I would love to fish the Netherlands one day
Put on fresh live bait, but this will depends on where you are. Go to the bait shop and ask for the best live bait they got. And ask them what rig to use it on
