In this video we will talk about one of my favorite little baits for crappie. We will catch a few fish on a cold winter day along the way. Thanks for watching!
Watching your video right off the bat you said something that I agree with.. this past 6 months or more has been incredibly windy… it’s been tough fishing this spring.
Im 49 ive been crappie fishing neely henry all my about 5 years ago i caught a black nose on neely i didnt know what its was i thought something was wrong with it😆 only one ive ever caught in there and i cappie fish alot and nobody else i know has caught one there ....whats crazy 50 mikes up stream to weiss theres alot in weiss lake ..good vid man 👍
If I remember correctly.. the first black nose crappie I ever heard of, Jimmy Holt and Glen smith we’re catching a few on the Tennessee Outdoorsman back in the 80’s..
HI BRANDON, I REALLY ENJOY YOUR VIDEOS. I MOVED FROM ESTILL SPRINGS TO ILLINOIS ABOUT 7 MONTHS AGO. SURE DO MISS TENNESSEE! WISH I COULD SHOW YOU PICS OF A "WHITE-NOSE CRAPPIE" I CAUGHT AT WOODS A FEW YEARS AGO. TIGHT LINES AND PLEASE KEEP THOSE VIDS COMING.
I’ve caught a lot of black noses in Texas….what a beautiful lake, it really made the video….great channel, I subscribed…looking forward to more great content!
Great video! Just watched a show of you and Zona bass fishing Dale Hollow in winter probably a year or so ago! Dale Hollow has a lot of good crappie too! Of course I struggle to catch them but would love to see a video of you fishing here for them. I know you would get them and some good ones! Wish you and your family a good year in 2024!
Another good video Brandon. What section of the Tn river are you fishing. I was raise near the river and fished ky lake section between Pickwick dam and north to Perryville area. At hat time I mostly bass fished. Now I mainly crappie fish the north Ms C. O. E. Lakes.
Hey Brandon. I am a big big fan of yours. I live very close to your sponsor. So have you ever tried crappie magnet fin spin and pro fin spin pro under spins. I’d like to see how they work casting. All I’ve seen them being used for is long lining. Thanks keep up the good videos
They are both great baits but the crappie where I live are too picky for them. I fish a lot of clear water and schools of educated crappie. More times than not the fin spin is too much action for them. Thanks for watching
Hope you had a Merry Christmas Brandon, but we need some more videos lol. I have a quick question for you? When I put a split shot on above my 1/64 th jighead it seems to be out running the jighead and rapping around the hook. How can I fix this problem ( smaller split shot?)
Over a 191 likes in 4 hrs is a testament to how good your videos are. I always watch for your videos 😊keep them coming and keep up the good content. A friend of mine caught a black nose on the Mississippi River near Sabula IA.
