The difference between this house and many that you tour in the $20mil+ range is that those high end ones feel like museums, and when Enes walks around commenting on all the furniture and art it feels like an architectural museum tour. This home presents so warm and lovely, and the details he's pointing out are selling points, not museum like features! Great job!
While $8mil isn’t exactly affordable for most, what it shows is how nice a home can be without spending $40mil. Please continue to show homes in the sub $10mil range and do more from Hawaii.
YES, we would love to see more "reasonably" priced homes. these homes 10mil and below have features that we could incorporate in our more modest homes. i especially enjoy when you guys mention specific materials, and construction techniques. i also like that you guys mention the brands of appliances and fixtures like faucets and door hinges/knobs. super helpful
Just hire a designer, you can afford it even if you’re a brokey. But you can’t call your house modest if you can’t do your own research and find what works for you in your own house. You shouldn’t even be an owner, just rent it.
@@purpleking6678 do you talk this way IRL? i hope you wear some sort of helmet full time because you sound like a really punchable kind of guy. also how do you think you're qualified to tell other people how to spend their own money?
I love the minimalist style of this mansion, with natural light and high ceilings! The elegance and luxury of those marble table tops is impressive too! Enes looks different in black-rimmed glasses! You guys did a really great job, thanks a lot for sharing!👍😄👏
This is one of my most favorite tours, and I've literally seen them all. Great choice on covering this one. That primary bedroom bathroom was so classy, it put it in the top 10 house tours that you've done alone. On top of it all, you guys really crushed the editing. Pace, naration, presentation, audio... Everything on this was 10/10 will view again.
I actually enjoy all the homes you show. I would like if sometimes you featured older homes from the Victorian age. I love the newer homes but the older homes are just so special. The Guilded Age homes are jaw dropping. I just feel these works of art don't get the fan fare they deserve. You guys are doing an incredible job!
Well done as usual. I especially like the master bathroom and kitchen. Masterfully designed and executed with the stone and wood that compliment each other beautifully. For the price point, this house is one of the best your channel has featured. Thanks for bringing us what us followers of the best channels on YT have been asking for. You pay attention and that's refreshing.
Still not affordable for most people, but I really appreciate the difference between this house and the ultra high end estates you've been focusing on. This does feel much more like a home, but still has the luxury materials and designs. I loved it! Thanks Enes for not getting stuck in a rut, changing things up helps keep your channel fresh.
As cool as some of the astronomically expensive houses can be, they are often tacky or a bit hotel-y rather than homey. I actually think this is in my top 5 homes you’ve toured. It’s so beautiful! My idea of a perfect home.
As an appreciator of craftsmanship (my great uncle was a carpenter who built his own home that still stands today), I’m just as enthusiastic as Enes when he tours these homes & “live for the little details.” 😁 Thanks Enes & Mikey 👏🏾👏🏾! Awesome house 💕👌🏾!!
I've been watching your channel since almost the beginning. Definitely miss having more "reasonably" priced homes. Love what you guys are doing and wish you all the best!
I’m happy you are open to suggestions. I saw a video you did of a wonderful tour of a historic property in California; it was 3 or 4 stories high and had a view of the bay. It wa so elegant, filled with period antiques & architectural details & true to the homes era, with tasteful updates. The manner you explained the home’s history/told the story of the home was stellar & so well done. I’d like to encourage you to add /expose’ historic homes in places you travel. Not taking away from your main focus, but an occasional historic home tour would add to your channel! Thank You for considering this request! Love your channels! Be well!
I just watched another home tour on another channel(I’m sorry!) and you guys just have it. Enes is so knowledgeable and points out the greatest details of each home.
I love modern gable roof farmhouse units! Love when you do more reasonable homes because the Floorplan and design are much more able to comprehend. Please do more reasonably sized homes! Thanks, Enes!
Great one again guys. Yes please, love that we get to experience the super expensive mansions, but homes like these motivate without feeling too out of reach as some of the others. 😁
Really loved this, even if most wouldn't really consider 9m affordable, this is actually extremely reasonably priced for the size and finishes, actually it kinda feels like it could cost double its price and none would bat an eye. But most importantly this actually feels like a liveable space, it's confortable with all that's necessary for living and no crazy out there stuff. Just what's needed at a confortable level, but extremely well executed.
Love that you’re doing some more “affordable” homes. Even if I can’t afford them, it’s nice to see the insides and get ideas on things I might be able to do with my home. Full marble floors and Picasso paintings aren’t currently in my budget!
I love this. It is really beautiful, not a convention center, lots of greenery, still beautiful appliances and fixtures. The design makes sense for modern life. Yes, alabaster is shell material, so natural. I always look for ideas I can see where I live and I think there are many from this. Thank you!
Yay!!!! I’m so glad you’re touring more smaller homes. I would love to see some homes in the sub-3,000sq ft range. It’s more relaxing to see beautiful homes that you can picture yourself living in.
Always beautiful homes no matter the price, it's nice to live through these videos into places we can only ever dream of living in and making a home. Love everything Enes does, and by far one person we would love to meet in person someday. Keep them coming no matter the price point 🥰😃 and shout out to Mikey !
Thank you for such an awesome house tour, Enes! Reasonable price homes are exactly what we need! Look at this one, white walls, light wood textures, and my favourite Calacatta Viola! Nothing could be better! ❤🌞🌻
I'd love to see more diversity in architectural styles you do a ton of amazing contemporary and MCM homes but I'd love to see some like Romanesque style or italianate homes. Also would love to see you tackle more victorian homes.
I really enjoy yr videos. No matter if it’s an “affordable” house or a very extravagant and pricey. Some are ridicoulously corny, but I like to see them all. Houses with a soul are my fave. They are not easy to find, but they exist. And you already visited some.
You know you're true LA when a $9 million dollar home is considered affordable lol. I don't watch for the price point of the homes but for getting to experience the design of the luxury interiors and exteriors. This is a stunning home. I love that violet calacatta marble is having a moment.
@@letmelick Even 5 million is just lol from an international perspective. 99.999999% of people don't make 5 million dollars in a lifetime I appreciate the intent and I understand a truly reasonably priced house (as in like 500 k tops) would be out of place given the concept of the channel but well, its a bit of a slap in the face to label this one affordable. Its wealthy instead of mega-wealthy, but that is really about it.
Can you also do more vlog style travel videos like you used to do? We love that stuff showing how you and your friends all work together and have fun as well.
Arquitetura brasileira é muito boa. Tendo recursos, obviamente.
I really like the extensive use of light-colored wood. It's simple, clean, and elegant. The kitchen is beautiful, especially the oven and the marble. So often the first thing to go from these less extravagant, less pricey homes is the marble.
I super love the simplicity of this home yet so elegant, that openness of the home makes it more on the natural light which im so obsessed with, I can imagine how lovely it is when the rain is pouring and you just play a nice music and chill with the coffee on your table, that primary bed room and the bath room and kitchen ahhh! that so gorgeous and the totality of the home very cozy every corner, there are a lot of luxurious big houses that I personally love on your channel but this is more a home like the one you toured in Paris with a very wide backyard and trees, your team done everything great Enes and Mikee 👏👏👏❤
Beautifully done home tour. This tour felt more natural, inviting, and homely. I love every detail. If I were to buy a home in Cali this would be the home. Amazing job as always. Amazing!
This house is THE HOUSE OMG is AMAZING . That price is sooooooooooooo affordable and so beautifull and the colours , textures, and the shapes are elegant and brilliant. In love with this house ❤
I have honestly come to enjoy the homes on this channel more than those featured on the main channel. Bigger and more expensive isn't always better. I would love to see more architecturally interesting homes, with different design styles, regardless of their size.
Guys, i loved this one. I appreciate all the work done in bringing the entire video together, especially the choice of home. It has left me with a warm fuzzy feeling inside, for the lack of better word choice. I would love to see more. The "tasteful choice" is spot on and it is certainly inspiring for me, one of the younger audience members, to keep on working hard in order to achieve something like this in a few years time on our journey towards thinking about family life in this time.
Hey! Not sure if you will see this but I watch your videos a lot when I’m struggling mentally and this one was perfect to help me get through a sensory overload, the pace and the background music really helped me so I wanted to say thank you
As usual, the video work is flawless! And Enes is such a handsome gentleman. Y'all look like you enjoy yourselves so much! Wish I was 30 years old again and lucky enough to work with you!
This is a lovely house and feels more like a place to be lived in rather than looked at. I loved seeing it and it would be great to see more in a similar price range
congratulations real estate guru, I think that the experience of visiting more affordable houses really brings the session that it is achievable to be able to buy a house that you present, but one way or another your videos are not just about houses, but about lifestyle, learning and creating timeless trends, my home has improved a lot with your videos thank you.
even though i will never be able to afford such houses i love your videos and the feeling of dreaming when i would walk through there and i would try every chair and place. Keep up the good work
It’s the bathroom for me. Very well done, and the overall scale is just perfect! I love it! Bring more of such homes, especially on the Enes Plus platform.
Feedback as requested: I like seeing a mix of outstanding yet “attainable” homes AND outrageous homes. It’s good to mix it up since I suspect people come to your channel for possibly 2 reasons; inspiration and fantasy. Inspiration- good to show homes that are achievable as that can inspire people to push to the next level. Fantasy- just nice to fantasize…daydream, etc and admire grand architecture. Thoughts?
Beautiful floor plan, amenities, with a closeness that gives off a comforting warmth. Enes I had just watched another home tour of this very property before yours came across my feed. So I had to watch yours to see how you filled in the "blanks" the previous guide left out. As usual, you did not disappoint. I love the primary suite and kitchen.
Other than RV’s and yachts I’m enjoying every house tour from you. Nobel LA are my favorite homes hands down. You are the best of the best at picking great homes. Ryan Serhant is really trying to catch up to your level, but he never will because your personality, seriousness, professionalism and passion for detail shows naturally from you which is why you’re the best. You never seem like you’re trying to sell us anything which is a huge plus. This house in my opinion is warm and inviting. It doesn’t look affordable at all. The master bathroom is STUNNING! I’m in love with all the marble choices and can’t stop smiling at the amazing b-roll shots. You and your team are next level. My advice, don’t try to veer off course. Stay true to you when it comes choosing how you want to elevate your channel. I think most of us would tell you that you are already doing enough. The moment you try to be a channel your not is the moment you will burn out.
WOW!!! Thank you for the brilliant tour of a really Elegant property!!! Gives Me something to strive for in a few Years!!! Thank You Guys for the Inspiration!!!👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏
As much as I love modern and ultra modern homes, transitional and farmhouse style homes will always have a special place in my heart! Reminds me of a lot of homes I've seen/been to in Nashville!
I love this house ❤👍 . The sense of open heart especially the interior design has a lot of opening making it see across few rooms in one glance. Every corner and the set up is so comforting and best for resting after a long day.
Hi Enes! We would love a variety as well. We appreciate that you and your team deliver high-quality work, so whatever house you all select to do will be fabulous. Thank you!
Thank you! I miss this content. The homes beyond 40m can get a bit too much in design. Homes like these have a homey, feel good vibe 😊. I only enjoy these tours when you guys do them because you both appreciate details more than others.
This was a great video and I can definitely see myself living in this beautiful home! That being said, its nice to see some (comparatively) "affordable" homes however I subscribed to your channel because I love the grand, high-end, and very expensive luxury homes that you show. I know some of your audience requested this kind of tour, however there are tons of other house tours of affordable homes on youtube or TV that they could watch, if it suits their taste. I definitely enjoyed this video and wouldnt mind seeing them every *once in a while. If anything, the only thing i would change or rather, like to see you expand in this area is exploring grand, luxury homes in other countries like Brazil, Japan, India, Rwanda, the BVI, Australia, Korea, Mexico, and more. That would be so amazing! Keep up the good work as always guys! ❤️
