I think the yellow side is when you want the super bright undereye. Personally I feel the contrast is a bit too extreme. But the light brown side is IT, IT'S THAT GIRL. It makes you look glamourous but effortless at the same time. Definitely the light brown shade imo

Finally a loose powder with an opening large enough to tap off any excess powder in the container (instead of tapping out in the air and wasting product), and large enough to fit any puff 👍👍👍👍 "Brown Sugar" for sure 😉 The yellow powder gives a slight ash cast on your warm undertone 🤨

This really shows how much white cast that last highlight you tried had. I know it’s not the same type of product but it really is s good comparison.

I think the brown side looks more snatched, the yellow side didn't give you as much covering as t other one.

Juvias place was the first complexion product that let me know I could have matte without being cakey, AND they had an undertone that for my skin so well. I will always love them ❤️

What color do I need? I'm a light-medium neutral for base products. What color do I need to set my face and what color for brightening? I don't use many powders, I only own 2 translucent powders and don't really like them .

I love juvias place foundation, liquid blush, eye palettes, basically everything I have tried,I love this brand.

Juvias place packaging is beautiful. I'm not too fond of powder, but I would try vanilla bean to lightly dust the center of my face or just brighten a bit. I'm just hoping it doesn't have any micro glitters. I have the Laura Geller I think it's called baked or brightening foundation, and it takes the shine down a bit of the center of my face, but it's not too matte.

Looks like you do not get much product in there containers. Like its not filled to the brim..

I agree that the Brown sugar powder was brighter. I think i had preferred the yellow because it was cooler, so it really comes down to a difference in intent, for sure.

I don’t quite understand why pink is for pale skin but not a pale peach. I used to use benefit Georgia, but they drastically changed the shade & im still on the hunt for a light peach finishing powder. In the meantime, I discovered mixing the regular peach powder for medium to deep skin with a nice pale beige works pretty well & I can adjust seasonally. Which is good, the container of peach powder may last me a decade!

I will not admit how many times I rewatched this vlog. I’d like to see these worn as a length of time to see if they hold up as GOODT as they lay. The finely milled is clear to see and they are such beautiful colors.

Those finishing powders are gorgeous! I like the orange under the eye best, I think the yellow almost gives a dark circle under the eye which is not super visible but its definitely not as nice as the other. Your whole look today is so lovely.

After the YsL debacle, lets keep the same energy. Only the deepest one can suffice for your tone. Not for nothing they all look ashy on camera on you (may be that noticeably pigmented base). It may look great in person but what do I know, I’m just watchin. Straight on its flashing back until you turn with indirect light. Saying you can use the pink powder made me chuckle on the real. Even if you dusted lightly, the effect of using the pink wont show up do to your pigmentation. Id be curious to see each of the tones sheered out on your skin opposed to a heavy cake swatch. I say this because on camera, I look at hands, neck and chest. Your chest is giving to me on camera a warm golden undertone. The effect of the powder on camera looks gray under your eyes, center of forehead and chin compared to your warmer chest and hands.. to me. I definitely think its because your shade of foundation and concealer mixed with that super light powder and created the new gray tone. But what do I know, I dont have the powders nore your skin tone. Guess thats why I wanted to share what I was observing.
