I believe the game mistaken the Spear Sand Soldier from Azir’s (W) with the Shield Soldier from (R). The dashing command from (Q) for Spear Soldier and the dashing of Shield Soldier (R) perhaps coded similarly so when both of them happened at the same time the game got confused and mistake that Spear Soldier that hit (Azir Q) Pzzang with a Shield Soldier, knocking him up.

The problem is that all of them and their projectiles(which trigger the knockback) are supposed to stop immediately when one of them encounters a windwall. I got this info from the azir wiki page. Im not very knowledgeable about how online games function, but i think this is a bug that has something to do with the way the server was calculating inputs and displaying them client side. You can see the entire phalanx wall pass through the windwall in the replay client, whereas only 1 soldier passes on pzzangs ingame client.
I think the Azir ult in the first game gone throught because one shielded soldier was not in the wind wall (the one at the bottom) but it's still a bug for sure
It's a Yasuo tech. If you slow it down, he Q's in that particular direction before he press the ULT button. Yasuo will always teleport behind the enemy (direction wise/ other variables to keep in mind). That Q registers as a hit since you can "Queue up Q" even if it's short window.
standart EQ R combo resets the q stacks and gives yasuo 1 stack. This tech works different you Q R it doesnt reset the stack you can even throw a tornado while ulting but you cant do this with your own knock up needs to be someone elses knockup like rakan diana etc.
