REVERSE BULLET HELL, WITH MINING
Kill bugs, upgrade your gear, and delve ever deeper into the lethal caves of Hoxxes. Collect and assemble a devastating array of guns, unleash hell upon wave after wave of alien monsters in fast and frenetic combat, and tunnel your way to collect precious riches from deep within the cave walls. Each mission is unique, using procedural cave generation and enemy waves, just as you've come to know from Deep Rock Galactic.
COMPLETE MISSION OBJECTIVES TO BECOME STRONGER
Delve deep, Miner! Once the Drop Pod releases you into the oppressive darkness, you are on your own. Complete the mission objectives set forth by the Company, and make it back to the Drop Pod in time to try your luck at even more deadly and lucrative encounters. Progress deeper and deeper into the planet while you grow ever stronger, survive all the way to the very end of your assignment, and finally get extracted alongside your hefty sack of loot.

Glad to see you finally run this build. One of my favorites. It's SO much easier to use with a controller but the Warthog is OP. lol Getting high fire rate on it feels really nice too.

If you move a bit, then stop for a bit and then move again, you can keep all your 'standing still' stacks. Just gotta keep an eye on the duration on the bottom. EDIT: I still can't beat H5 on any level. I always die. Do you die often as well, and upload only the best, or am I making mistakes all the time?

How far along the meta progress you are makes a big difference. Once you have 80% of it I win probably 50% across all levels. H5 crystal is easy. H5 Salt is a nightmare and a crap shoot every time

Most of my runs are successful these days I'd say, but still a decent amount of failing if I do not go for anything that is particularly strong. Some weapons are just not meant for hazard 5 imo

Only games like this -- that can hold my attention completely -- can keep me on the treadmill. So far, they've been Slay the Spire, Vampire Survivors, and Deep Rock Galactic Survivor. Can anyone suggest what the next game in that list would be?

Monster Train is a fairly decent addition to the Slay the Spire type genre.

After dozens of videos I've only just realized that there aren't legendary paint job cards, are there? They should totally be a thing, maybe even a crazy boost like +5 or +6 weapon levels

Just started playing this game this past week! I love DRG, such a fun game and survival is equally fun! I'm using my Xbox controller and to be it makes it much easier than WSAD. Keep up the great content!

I used the PS5 duelsense edge for a while. It seemed like the perfect game for this device. It worked well, but. It just can't thread the needle as well as keyboard. I grew up on controllers(many decades)so it's not a skill issue. Also menu navigation and selection is much easier with mouse. Your not missing anything by not using a controller.

It’ll be nice that before you board the final drop ship, you show the stats. All the damage and reload upgrades for each weapon.

@idlecub I have an idea for a video! How about trying the Deepcore with its final overlock (100% damage, 100% reload, all other weapons -30% damage) as your main weapon and see if it works?!

So one thing unless its changed since I used a controller there isn't full 360 degree aim its still only up down left right and the in between points so really not as big as of an upgrade as you might think... ohk so just tested mid video it has since changed so yep ill now be using a controller haha

I highly recommend the 8bitdo controllers. Reliable and inexpensive compared to others. The Pro2 is a perfect controller for 40-50 Euro.

Does your pc never lag in this game? My pc is pretty decent but always starts to lag whenever theres a lot of bugs on the screen. Idk if its game optimization or something else...

It definitely does, mainly when I do not kill quickly enough so that a lot of bugs rack up and also when I have a lot of area/multi-hit damage so that a ton of numbers pop up at the same time. Game could definitely use some more optimization
