@@d2boolean but the - cold res on cold mastery does. So every mob would be at -100 cold resistance. Plus if this theoretical bow had anything like proc frost nova you could synnergize that.
For mana issues, I recommend dumping a fair few points into energy for this. Not only will it give you an extra buffer in your mana pool, but it will also help with your mana regeneration. 600 to 700 mana is a good spot for this. A cold bowa is pretty safe so you could claw back some stat points from vitality into energy for this. For telebowa, you can play it two ways: 1) tactical teleports for repositioning or here and there when you know it's safe, or 2) teleport for movement. I like using harmony for the first one, but wizspike + spirit is nice on the second one for the cast rate, resists and chance to block.
For other bowa builds, definitely check out the fire bowazon. I posted a few of those a long time ago as you know :) fire bowazon is not as safe as a cold one, but is the faster farmer especially in higher players count.
Excellent vid! I like how you feel out IAS vs mana vs damage vs etc. Great calls on balance as you mowed through everything in the video without much issue. Solid. I recommend making a hybrid, giving up 20 points for one of the fire arrow skills, giving up the chest piece for Dragon, and giving up the merc for an A3 Fire Merc. Fire taken care of.
Billy im wondering if you made a frost zon and used the fire crossbow of you could do both damages how viable it could be im gonna move some gear around and start testing
I have a 2/20 blue coronet sitting on a mule but also a yellow 2/20, 8ml, 33 cold res, 3 mana after kill that seems like it could be cool too tho would only have 1 soc
I went with windforce and ran ice on switch. Ice/cold skills for physical immunes. It's fun to switch to ice and watch all the frost novas proc from strafe. Like seeing the ripples when you throw rocks into water lol
i have lots of desire bowazon build. tbh this d2r game, what i love about it the cast skill procs on striking, on attack etc2. would u try a Brand runeword. that bone spear cast from strafe skill is just lovely imo.
Icecube explosions! Love my Mavinas. Cold dmg charms increase freeze length and dmg. Lvl 12 Conviction removes over 80% of enemies defence, so all that attack rating is pointless imho. I leveled up pierce and critical strike for max dmg.
Enchant fire arrow amazing is insane. You need 2 characters. High level enchant 6 facet hydra bow (metrical only gets 5 I think) The exploding arrow double dips on the enchant and with peirce its insane. You can use and act 3 merc or demon limp instead of a new char although its alot lower dps and i would use phoenix instead of facet bow.
