So facing you with this build, the enemy will be; severed, unraveled, slowed, frozen, weakened, and pissing their pants when they see you swinging toward them All while having radiant, devour, woven mail, frost armor, damage reduction, invisibility, and infinite abilities. Love it
None of my drops have Inmost Light yet, but considering rolling with Caliban + Cyrtarachne for fun ignitions. Update: having done some Overthrow with that combo I can't really say there's a lot of benefit here since Withering Blade will multikill anyway, often leaving nothing around for the weirdly displaced and delayed ignitions. Maybe just need tankier targets.
People in here saying they miss the old armor system don’t know the struggle of waiting months for Ada-1 to sell the mods they needed because the DCV is terrible. I waited way too long for bountiful wells to be sold
That should have never been how we got them tbh. They should have made them drop from certain activities, put them in rank ups, sold them at a vendor for mats, or anything other than what they did basically. They create these asinine problems and then act like we should praise them for fixing the problem they created lol. The old system was fine other than that single problem and it feels very bland and much weaker now.

I’ve been running a very, very similar build for a few weeks. I don’t have buried bloodline, but I’ve found that a recluse with destabe/repulsor or desperate measure has worked for me. It’s not as synergistic, as the only void debuff is from the gun itself, but having the addition debuff while others are on cooldown to affect targets with is nice. The overshield rarely procs, but it’s nice when it does. You could sub for claws of the wolf, I think. Awesome build and I’m glad to see something other than combo blow!
This is probably my favorite build video yet. Not just because the build looks 🔥 but I think Mac slightly updated his cadence or annunciation on words that made every detail really hit home. The cut scenes are fantastic as well. Great job! 🤙🏻
FINALLY lol, I've been using this exact build for about a week, since I saw your last video, I modified the build because I could not get a Caliban/Liars class item to drop. Glad to see you've put up a video, its such a beast.
I know that the build has a way of generating a lot of tangles, but surprised that the Navigator wasn't listed as a suggested weapon since it can also create grapple points for more grappling.
I find running gunpowder a bit clunky at times, definitely were times where I had to just burn the grenade becuase at the time Grapple was so much better

Awesome video, I have been using a build similar to this (aspects, fragments) minus the cloak, and it has been really fun. Seeing this kit in action with the benefits of Inmost + Cyrtarachne / Synthos got me excited to get it lmao

This build is absolutely insane man. I'm using spirit of inmost/spirit of coyote since I don't have inmost/cyrtarachne yet but man it's still so juicy. Having 2 dodges actually isn't that bad at all. Thanks for sharing dude

I am in love with this combo however I made it a little different. For aspect : gunpowder and threaded specter. Fragments: same but adding Facet of devotion. Weapon: Final Warning and void fusion or whatever void weapon. Try it out
Just finished making my own version of this build before seeing this video with a few minor differences, one being running combination blow instead of the withering blade and running acrobats dodge for infinite uptime on all abilities, this allows you to focus your stats into resilience, discipline and intellect as the base cooldown for combination blow is super short and will also refund your dodge for that radiance and quicker ability spam due to having the 2x effect from spirit of inmost light. This allows for uptime to be so quick that weapons are unnecessary so I run both buried bloodline but also the call with demolitionist to generate any missing ability energy but also infinite reloads and desperate measures for a permanent damage buff. Another benefit from combination blow is that it gives you amplified and using the seasonal mods this gives bonus damage resistance as well. Another thing you can do is due to the permanent healing from facet of blessing if you take off buried bloodline and replace it with still hunt and run apex predator in your heavy slot then have 2 loadouts saved allowing you to switch between one with the class item and one with celestial nighthawk. With some tweaking of fragments and switching to the call (this time with slice instead of demolitionist) for the second loadout it allows you to use an almost as strong damage build as the original golden gun still hunt build and nuke any boss solo while still having great survivability between damage phases. Obviously you would want to switch to golden gun for your super which means you don't get a void overshield but you will still have restoration which is almost as good.
I love your build videos man. As an elder millennial who doesn’t have as much time to invest as I like I love that I can pick up a build, experiment, tweak it and have a blast for an evening. Thanks for what you do. (Also this vids Lore intro is better than all of Echoes so far)
Enjoyed watching this greatly. Immediately wanted to try it since i actually had some suggested rolls for the cloak, but i need to say i can only highly recommend inmost and gyrfalcon with this build. You can slot a different fragment like the facet of balance or facet of awakening and and crank some more ability gains. Also now it becomes easier, imo to run a repulsor brace weapon which then lets you double up on frost armor and void overshields.
Dude that’s crazy, that’s the Relativism roll I’ve been going for since day 1. Mainly cuz the synergy wolven mail has with the artifact mod shieldcrush. I also like being the mad man that grapples into the middle of everything 😂
I just made this build the other day, except using gunpowder gamble to get another grenade charge to keep the loop going. Using Wormhusk as the 2nd perk ATM but can be changed. Just nice to get the health bump
Love your build! With the Spirit of Inmost Light and Spirit of Gyrfalcons equipped, I find this combo even more fun. Since I'm frequently invisible it significantly enhances the potency of Buried Bloodlines and my Hammerhead.
I have the same build but don’t have buried bloodlines. Graviton Lance or Elsie’s Rifle with rewind rounds/destabilizing rounds pairs nicely too. I prefer this rather than the melee play style.
Awesome looking build, which I'm definitely trying out! I've been really wanting to figure out a more grapple-centric Prismatic build because like you I think grapple grenade is the most enjoyable ability in Destiny. One small correction: you do not get two orbs of power from a grapple melee kill by stacking Heavy Handed and Firepower. That's how it worked when grapple first came out, but they changed it sometime last year. I just double checked it in game, so it's still true. So probably trade out Firepower for Focusing Strike to get that little bit extra class ability regen? Regardless, an impeccable build that I'm excited to play with, and the presentation was really cool. Your content just keeps getting better. :)
I have been testing and this build is a banger. I never got the meta liar + syntho/caliban drop, but I am glad I had a shitty verity + inmost light laying around lol and it pumps!
Such an amazing build and currently my go to build. Only difference I have on my exotic cloak is Caliban/Synthoceps using threaded needle melee. I hit for like 70k one time with the threaded needle.
Holy shit...this is my exact build! But I made it based on my class item being Calibans/Cyrtarachne. Now I need to farm to try to tweak it with in most light
This build is nuts. For some reason you really do have trancedance up all the time and when you don’t you gain it so quickly. I have inmost/verity and I was skeptical on having ammo for the call but never in my time did I hesitate. 10/10 build
This is the exact exotic roll ive been using, though with the duskfield nade in grandmasters. Also outbreak perfected together with the severing rounds fragment

My build I’ve been running, inmost/cyrtarachne was one on my only good cloaks I’ve gotten and been running pretty much this, will change up my fragments and keep praying to RNGesus for the bloodline 😢
Hey man I absolutely love your videos and always check you for best build being a hunter main. I have a question for you, have you tried out spirit of inmost light with spirit of coyote?? Roll I got recently and can not believe the ability regeneration with combination blow, even tho I know you love the spirit of caliban and spirit if synthoceps, you can use your grenade, dodge punch an add and have you grenade back, so much fun and with you giving me the best combination blow builds I had to reach out. This build looks awesome and I will be on the hunt for some of these other inmost light combos. I am very curious if you have tried the spirit of inmost light and coyote and your thoughts on it, also why it wasn’t mention with this vid (possibly because you haven’t tried…) but that second dodge… for more strand decoys or always knowing you have a backup gamblers dodge incase you think you’re dodging by an add by it’s getting blow up from teammates/abilities. Much love to you man and appreciate the hell out of your videos. Once I graduate and get some income I’ll be supporting for sure. Buried Bloodline is pretty much the only time i had great luck. Got it to drop on my first run along with the Indebted Kindness that rolled with Voltshot. I haven’t ran that dungeon since 😂
Don't have a good cloak yet, but used Fr0st-EE5 for that running around/dodge regen and had reasonable uptime on ALL abilities. Now to farm! All in all, it's a fun build for sure. The grapple nade loop is hard at first but so fun to execute.
i have a similar concept to this build with the volatile and unraveling debuffs but i use renewal w duskfeild and S&S w stylish/gunpoweder and the strand melee. hopefully u can do a video on it
Awesome build! only thing I would change for this season at least is the facet of dawn fragment and swap it out to facet of balance. Since you can get radiant easily by picking up an orb with the artifact mods.
Using a strand gun with sever allows you to proc stylish execution as well. IMO it’s a lot better to use than demo because you already have so much grenade regen that I just personally prefer to go invisible more. Also in anything but stunning champions I like to use threaded spike because you apply debuff to more enemies than the shirikens, it procs unravel which is really good, and it spawns more threading’s which plays into the build.
I started playing destiny like 2 months back, barely know about the game, looking at RU-vid trying to figure out what to do and what not to do. Unknowingly I have been using this build since the start of final shape, or at least some part of it like fragments, and weapons.

It's definitely much less fun to build craft since they reworked armor mods. Elemental wells and the old charged with light mods were awesome, and the fact you could become charged with light from range without a shoot-to-loot weapon was awesome.
