Using the new Runesmithing enchant for "Adds 5% of your Maximum Energy Shield as Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon" on our bow allows us to give that bow to Mirror Arrow (or Blink Arrow) minions and then stack a metric ton of ES on them using things like Formless Inferno combined with Fleshcrafter!
This ended up being one of the highest damage builds I have ever done in Path of Exile and breezed through content with it's super long range.
The PoB linked below is setup with some specific custom configs to make it possible to tweak things around so if you are looking to do your own version make sure to grab the Bow enchant and Fleshcrafter configs to use!

@@whateverppl1229 Your own ES is only good if you attack with the bow, so 750 cold damage. BAMA (like in the video) with the bow uses their own ES for the cold damage, pushing up to 9k cold or more as they have hundreds of thousands of ES.

It really is nuts! I had a viewer last night tweaking things around just too see what's possible and boy if you forgo all defense the damage can go nutty. Delete bosses like nothing!

on the expensive side, thoughts on aura stacking?, you can have access to melding setup, and without much drawbacks since it only affects you, both grace and determination with aura effect are huge together for defenses, so on and so forth, this with a mageblood of course.

This is a really unique build didn't even see the enchant till you said something. I don't know what I did wrong, but I am only 13 mil full dps with 183k energy shield on my clones. EDIT: Nevermind, I didn't put the count for Mirrow Arrow to 9.

I like the BAMA playstyle ngl. As stated, the clear on BA/MA is HUGE. When you have enough damage, you just literally loot without any mobs around. In contrast to minion builds where you need to be in the screen for them to activate. You can pretty much start BAMA with just a few chaos. But that's just the thing, I think BAMA's limitation is how expensive it is to scale *BOTH* offensive and defensive aspects.A This mod working well with BAMA is definitely something. It's expensive, for sure, but BAMA playstyle is definitely fun... something people should try at least once, especially as a minion build enjoyer.

Indeed! For my first time trying Mirror Arrow I can see why people enjoy the BAMA setup so much. Like you said the cost for going up from where I left my version of the build do ballon but if someone really likes it it's there as an option. I can never get around to min/maxing like that since I always have something else to build on the horizon.

Hello, thanks for sharing this work. I'm assembling it on the ps5, I have a question about the Stone Golem safeguardim, does it decrease the life of the minions, decreasing our damage? A synthesized bow with 10% ice damage as extra chaos damage?

The Stone Golem line of less life only effects the Stone Golem itself so it's fine to use. That bow base also work well yes!

Awesome build, ty. I never played BAMA and i see there are plenty of 200-350mil dps characters with decent defences that are not scailing damage with the new enchant. What's the benefit of going ES enchant path? If i want to min/max, make an unkillable Exiles farmer and still doing ubers under 5sec, should i go with the classic scailing or this ES enchant?

Go the classic route if you want the tried and true method with guidance this can probably get there as well but you gotta figure out the min/max yourself since I don't really do that kinda thing.

AGs to my knowledge can only use melee weapons as this same setup use to be used with Ephemeral Edge but that was changed to "player" es.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but I've got the bow enchant, my minions have 126k ES and I can't even kill a map boss. EDIT: I get it now. My quiver had chaos res, which made my minions have TOO MUCH chaos res and vanish instantly because of Fleshcrafter.

@@TheMiojox You can have up to 3 Mirror Arrow Clones up at once and each one will hit with 3 hits of Rain of Arrrows on most targets so to get a good idea of the dmg x9 is what I was told from other BAMA enjoyers to put in.

hmm i dont get it.. my minion got 170k+ shield. lvl31 mirror boarbarding. but according to PoB. its base attack only at 800k+.. yours at 1.8m.. do you have discord on anywhere that i can contact to for assistant?

Very interesting that it works, because ES on MA Clones is super wonky. E.g. Bone Barrier doesn't add ES to their pool and Eldritch Battery Completely removes their ES. I wonder if you were to take EB would they still deal the same damage?

So the weird thing with EB is that they still have the ES pool but their starting % of ES is based on your ES at the time of spawn. So with EB you have 0% over your HP thus they spawn with 0% ES. However if you give them Energy Shield Leech Supports they will recover back the ES and regain the Ignore Ele Res effect of the chest.

a major issue i ran into with this build is that your mirror clones inherit the % state of your life and ES, and since you're life-based, your little sliver of ES is constantly going down in juiced content, meaning that your clones come out paper thin with zero ele penetration (they don't recharge ES either). if anyone knows a solution for this better than going ES-based i'd love to know

How did you get the two rings with triple t1 mods you recomb? Did you just alt aug regal until you had 3 t1s? Or did you gamble on annuls alot

I smashes 1 prefix and 1 suffix rings together (or something 1 suffix + 1 suffix) till I had 2 mods. Then I did it again with another ring with the other mods. I then smashed those two together. Just working the way up from 1 mod adding on a mod at a time.

I played bama last league up until level 98 and I need to mention that the mirror arrow skill was buggy. Sometimes you use it and it goes on cooldown but doesn't create a clone... 😮 After playing it for days I got tired of this behavior 😞

Huh odd haven't had that behavior yet but I do have it sometimes not using the skill if you hold are holding right click when you stop moving. It hasn't been too big a problem though I just got use to it.

You don't need to same Elegant as me just need the Suppression roll and then w/e you can get in terms of minion life and damage. I can unspec all the nodes in mine and still kill things just fine. Is all good!

yeah but the biggest problem i have is survivability, end up using devouring diadem to be able to use determination and flesh and stone. It works pretty well and the es issue you mentioned in the video can be countered by using energy leech support.

Yeah I can understand. I don't build for defense since I'm softcore and I don't do 100% Deli t17s with all the juice but for normal t17s w/ exiles it's been fine. A portal or 2 here and there doesn't bother me.

Not much to really show for that. I alteration spammed till I got the mods I wanted and smashed them together till I got the bases I show in the image and then pressed recombo. The guide in the description from the reddit on how it all works is your best bet if you want to super detailed stuff.

You'd have to give ward to an Animate Guardian with the Ward gloves which might be possible but I have no idea what that would look like.

You would have to chuck it into PoB and see? I currently get 9000 base cold dmg from the ES so adding a bit of phys to that and losing the levels would hurt. Unless you put the Mirror Arrow in the chest? Not sure.

Ur pob weapon have 10% of ES as damage but enchant gives 5%. So the real DPS isn't 190 mil

In case you missed it and for some reason don't want to rewatch the video, or someone else sees this, it's because PoB doesn't use the enchant yet. So we have to use lightning and convert lightning damage to cold manually. With lightning is uses the average damage. So instead of 10% you mentioned, it's 0-10% which averages out at 5%. Hope this helps!

Massive range and ability to kill off screen. If you want a more defensive setup look at the normal BAMA setups. I play SC so I don't always worry about defense in my setups as I don't mind the occasional flop over.

For me it was whatever the bow in enchant costs and then the base bow for like 5-10 divine on top. Then maybe 10 divs for the rest of the starter setup was how I got mine started.

Never ended up taking it into a Sanctum but from my previous Sanctum running I don't see why it would be great at it. Plenty of range and good damage is kinda all you need. Lycia might be weird but I can do t17 Lycia without taking damage so I don't see why I couldn't do the Sanctum one.

The only similarity is you both used the same enchant on a bow. Int stacking, ES stacking (25k), self attack, no minions, actually tanky until he voided it.
