I think every cycle is different anyway. Sure, there will be a bullrun and a crash, but the final price will still be higher than the previous floor, solidifying the asset as it has for years.
Institutions were involved in the last bull run too. But with every bull run and a continued increasing ATH each time, more and more institutional money will find its way in. BTC proves its longevity and more and more big money finds its way in. However, the big money will also be apart of the come down, as they make profits off of the FOMO of the retail investors buying high. Hoping to see 150k BTC as a new ATH for this cycle. :)
Hey Chase @TheBitcoinExpress I think it would be interesting to have a video about market cap of #BTC ETFs vs. standard ones. I wonder if btc etf are their most successful one… 🤔 If it were the case, that wld be awesome, funny and kinda ironic 😊
Greed never change. When retail jumps in and drives up the price, it will crash. But much bigger. Retail and fund mangers do not think different. Its wall street that has blown up the economy time and time again with their greed and bailed out.
These big boys are HODLERS, they won't dump the same way as retail in the bear market. The next bear market will be a lot more shallow than we're used to and will shake retail out of buying back in.
Nah, they are smart with financial instruments and will use BTC the way they use other assets. Some may be fearing the stock market will drop soon. If they can take profits from the stock market and move it into BTC, then sell their BTC at a profit and use the money to buy stocks after stocks a dropped. That is how big institutions make money.
I can see us going down before going back up again. Usually the ATH comes months after the halving. The halving usually gets priced in early, drops down around the time of the actual halving, than pumps months later to ATH.
