Back in 1981 the VA made me 100%Sc-P&T. Now I have to keep looking over my shoulder because I own a gun? I don't need to have ANYONE manage my finances, and if I did, I damn sure wouldn't ask the VA for any help.

How does the VA ever expect to give quality care for Veterans if the VA and Doctors cannot be trusted? This is outrageous. My father was a Merchant Marine and he let my Mother take care of Almost All financial obligations at home. Most of the time he even let her drive our car as he never drove aboard his Ship. Does that make him unable to have any rights? Outrageous!!! He provided and worked until he died. Outrageous!!!

You can shut down every VA hospital ever built...just give the Veterans their benefits and let them go to a normal hospital with the doctors of their choice! Cut the taxpayers burden wasting their money on a institution that has no care in the world for their patients...plus the operational burdens of running those buildings...the solution has always been there...

The VA is confirming, that an unconstitutional branch of government exists today in the form of the bureaucracy. All regulatory agencies, while protected as an entity of the executive branch of government, have established themselves as a branch of their own cognizance of which was not authorized by the Constitution of these United States. It is past the time at which they must be reigned in. They must either be dissolved at best or have regulatory powers restricted to such a point at which they are nothing more than a building of paper and pencil pushers.

As soon as this is signed into law and they refuse to adhere to the law the director needs to immediately be arrested and jailed. When the SCOTUS made their Chevron ruling it stopped the Executive branches overreach. So their stating the DOJs decision is what they are going on they are violating the SCOTUS ruling.

I honestly can't tell if Friel is playing 3d chess or if he's actually that dense. He's basically testifying that yes, what they are doing is illegal. He also said that he works for the Secretary. If he wouldn't go there to testify, he would be replaced by someone that would. I can't help but wonder if he's aware of that. Looking at recent history, it appears that most government officials can break the law without ever facing charges. Although the positions he's supposedly advocating for are quite literally illegal, it's commendable that they actually showed up and said it on the record. Either he's intentionally airing their dirty laundry so legal action can be taken against them, or he's so confident in their ability to get away with breaking the law that he's willing to admit to it. Worth noting I've never heard his name before and I'm fully unfamliar with this VA stuff. Mr. Crane kept asking if he would do X, Y, and Z, but the dude he's asking isn't the problem (not necessarily saying he isn't a problem). ~THE~ problem is systemic. Deprivation of rights under color of law and conspiracy against rights are felonies. People need to start getting charged for it.

Long ago I worked for an outfit that was family owned. Every month there was a newsletter of what that family was doing. My boss once asked if my job was more important than my family, I told him my family was & I was told I wouldn't last long there. He was right, I quit.

I worked in the VA hospital , two of them, for many years! On two occasions I had to wrestle with a VA patient who was armed with a gun. One patient had grabbed a VA police officers gun and in the other occasion a VA veteran was checking into the Emergency Room, threatened me with his gun. This does not cover the other occasions I had to wrestle with a VA veteran with a knife. I am a veteran Too! Many VA veterans have threatened VA staff with violence, including death. I know of several staff who retired from injuries caused by VA patients. I started carrying my own gun to work, leaving the gun in the car Before going into the hospital, over threats. Retired.

They don't have to comply because of you know the thing, no joke, I'm not kidding. Um um anyway the point is. 🤡🌎
