@ReapWhatYaSow
@ReapWhatYaSow Год назад
@@Daedalussy unfortunately, you are a dying breed. I am not as old as my wisdom portrays and not as young as I wish I was again. I turn 40 this year. I have had a job ever since I was 12. Before then, I helped my father do janitorial duties for a local church. I started that at 7 and half of the church was my responsibility every Saturday (about 3 hours of work per half). I never asked for compensation for my time and effort. The thought never crossed my mind. I thought that this was normal in life and I was helping out my family. Growing up, we were poorer than poor. I am the oldest of 4 kids. I learned from a young age, that I wasn't going to repeat the cycle. I looked, listened, and learned about every successful parent of my classmates and the least successful. I gathered that the more successful worked hard and usually had gone to college. The not so successful usually did a form of manual labor and didn't come across as hardworking or dependable. I made up my mind that I was going to be educated and work hard, but not a beast of burden because eventually, your body is going to fail you. If your livelihood depended on the strength of your back and some reason your back fails, you are screwed. It is better to work smarter, not harder. So, college and working hard was great for the late 90s - early 2000s. Then it flipped. The richest people were college dropouts. Blue collar work like the trades went from being snubbed at to in demand. One recipe for success that hasn't changed is hard work. If you can work hard in something you are passionate about, that is a bonus! Mark Twain said something like, "Find a job you enjoy doing and you will never work a day in your life." Best of luck Daedalus. If you want to know more of my wisdom, I have a lifetimes worth. I can share anecdotes and stories about how it is good to have an idea for what you want to do, but don't have too rigid of a plan. I can pass wisdom about more of my childhood and the kind of family man I wanted to be. The degradation of men by female hate groups and my advice to any future fathers. I can share stories and lessons of love and the fairer gender. I have funny stories from the Marine Corps, horror stories of War, and the challenges of adapting back to civilian life. I can share experiences as to why standardized Government Healthcare is a mistake and enough evidence to shut up the opposition. I plan on starting a RU-vid channel soon. Sharing my experiences, my failures, and my successes. It will be a chance to unload some that I have in 🧠 and maybe someone can learn something from my lessons.

I used to make hand-dipped candles, and that alone is a lot of work . Viviana's artistry on top of that is wonderful ❣️❣️❣️

Do I have to go to Mexico to get one of her candles? How can I get ahold of Viviana to buy from her? My grandmother used to make her own candles. I didn't pay attention to the process like I should have! Kids! What did we know?

Tbh I’d love to just buy the wax from them. Last night best deal I could find was 50$ for 20lb of just wax, not even a candle. They’d be rich if they sold it by the big brick in the first pic

She needs to get an online store opened. She can sell so many and charge more. Keep the same price for at home just up the price online.

yet in the United States the artist would charge $3,000.00 and make a killing for weddings. hope she doesnt get “bought” out by this greedy person thats gunna make a fortune off of her like a dropshipper would. these people need to be protected an educated so they dont get taken advantage of.

To people in the comments saying her candles aren't expensive enough. She said they make 100 candles each week, that makes it 1500$ per week, which is 6k per month. And she doesn't live in the US, taking into account the fact, that she trades in pesos, it's in Mexico, which has much lower cost of living, so probably she's making a fortune by their standards. You guys always think the whole world is US or something.
