Entertainment - (writing, drawing, painting, gaming 2H 4:00pm to 6:00pm) 5.again meditation 30m (6:30Pm) 6. Trading 6:30pm to 10:00pm forex market 7.Sleep 10:00PM to 6:00AM (8H+++) 8.no cheating adjustable daily routine (take time to adjust your routine it's just theory once it's set then set a target 🎯🔥)

Gonna start tommorow! 1.Drink 3.8 litres of water 2.Avoid sugar 3.1.5 hrs of excersise 4.no packed food( high protein) 5.selfie 6.effective study of 9 hrs 7.stop watching web series,games and scrolling for more than 35 mins 8.reduce my anger and increase my self confidence, belief gradually and at end of the challenge making me the best version of myself 9.stop overthing 10. Stop thinking abt the past Hope will do the best and make this platform as a checklist and will update it

Make sure to sleep 8 hrs a day if you make ur study sessions too long you will burn out for sure so remember to take breaks and reduce it 12 a hours a day for studies 👍all the best to start the challenge . I'm also going to start from tomorrow 🎉

I already done and got good result. But I procrastinated one day after this 75 day. I got bad shape. And again start the challenge. This challenge shows us how to build routine and lifestyle.
