Do you max e before w in every matchups ? Or it's specific for the mage control mirror matchup to poke the enemy

Why I’ve had to give kassadin up, I one tricked up g2 - p4 then fell to s4 . Having to wait for even two item power spike + levels with today’s league style is horrendous . Kassadin needs a slight rework imo.

he really starts going at 3 items but even at just one item hes strong blackfire is op right now and brand literally is a walking fire so burn + burn means he dishes out a ton of damage you just need to ward and know how to position in fights. this is why brand is op in low elo because people don't know how to lock him down and dodge his abilities so he can just dps. hes kinda like karthus but karthus is harder because you have to aim you're q and die in a good position to use you're passive but brand is easier since hes just damge damage damage and his skillshots are easier.
