In my humble opinion, getting Doom Orb instead of Book of Thoth is better now that it gives flat pen, especially for Chang'e who likes movement speed a lot. I also go Conduit Gem for the clear but now that it's been nerfed, that and Sands of Time are kinda interchangeable depending on the game and god. I do agree with the fact that removing her antiheal from her 3 was a mistake. It made her more bland tbh I still enjoy her a lot, tho, luckily 😊
