probably the only decent theme they could find related to outerfell lmfao (yes i'm aware fallen stars and outerfell are not the same) (fallen stars would be better suited as a fell sans skin anyway, or even just undertale sans)
that was outerfell. they just used fallen stars theme for him. Fallen star wears an wine red leather jacket while Outerfell wears Outers clothes but gray and dark red. Fallen stars is nervous and always on edge and pretends to be tough so people dont fight him. Outerfell is less mean underfell sans with power that you cant fathom. Thats most diffrences

@@ncisk5939That's called 'skill issue', but to be honest, at least now he is a pretty strong character, unless 2 charas with the notebook to protect themselves from all the shots go after you, in that case he goes back to being a weakling without being able to defend himself.The only thing that bothers me about the game is fighting in a 1v1 against 'bad time sans', he is the only character that is impossible to kill if the enemy knows how to use him in that situation, that is really annoying 😔,
Bro, change the title, UFS skins literally don't change any of the stats, they are just there to look cool, they aren't like ULC skins (besides Blue or Battle mode classic or some xmas skins), they're just a cosmetic
